Guests from house number 1 and 2, the Summer Love House and the Love Nest pass through your balcony to get in or out. It is like living in an original greek neighborhood. Perfekt um alle Attraktionen in Sparta, Mystras und Taygetos Berg zu kombinieren. Auch die Strände in Gytheio, Mavrovouni und Bathi sind ca. 35 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss von einem Haus mit insgesamt 3 Stockwerke. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang und Zugang zum Garten.

The house is an old town house built 1876 and has been renovated 2018. Three nice and bright bedrooms with Coco-mat beds, all with balcony or access to roof terass. Two bathrooms, a separate wc, fully equipped kitchen, big living room with an open fire place. A big roof terass overlooking the sea on one side and the mountains on the other (equipped with refrigerator and water). All rooms with air-condition . The house is suitable for 6 persons. There is 2 small beaches nearby.
