Natasha is an extremely kind, very friendly and generous host who clearly loves ensuring her guests are extremely well looked after My room was great, lots of storage space, desk and with a very comfortable bed, tea/coffee etc and more or less next to an excellent bathroom The kitchen facilities are excellent with food provided for breakfast Easy walk to train station/centre/bus stops close by Beautiful Victoria Park/River Trent 5 mins away Highly recommended

Nice spacious room, walkable distance from bus stop and 10-15 min walk to nearest team stop that connects to the city.

We used the property for an overnight stop before flying out from East Midlands early the next morning. The house was perfect and suited our family much more than a cramped hotel room and was a super quick drive to the airport. Thank you for a great first night of our holiday.

Ian is a brilliant host.He is such a great tutor,possessing abundant knowledge in so many sphere.Feel free to ask him for advice! He is an expert in civilization,culture of UK, Nottingham history,music,game,football and cycling. I asked him various questions and he gave me through answers that are both practical and useful. Ian introduced me to places of interest in Nottingham and his friends to me. I would say he is the most talented and clever person I've ever met. Every time I heard him singing,I would admire his beautiful voice. We even played board games together, and he is a great partner. Staying in Ian's house was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Ian's house to anyone who is planning to stay in Nottingham.

Lovely, clean house only a 4 minute drive to Cleethorpes. Perfect for me, my friends and the children. All 7 of us stayed here yet the house still felt spacious. The shop a few doors up sold everything you needed and there was an Asda just a short drive away. We didn't have any bath towels but that may of been a miscommunication between myself and the owner, so worth checking but John the owner was extremely accommodating, very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Booked two of Anna's houses for staff working in the area. They thought the house had everything they needed home from home. Would defiantly book again if we are working in the area again.

Very quirky property full of antiquities, paintings, reference books and nick-backs. Very homely and wonderful reception rooms and large open kitchen area. Flowers and shrubs galore in the beautifully kept oasis of a back garden. Perfect stay whilst attending our daughter’s graduation.

We had a lovely stay a Bob's House, Joanna has thought of everything, board games, books for both adults and children. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden, watching the chickens and looking at the fish in the ponds. The location is great, only a few minutes drive to the Everyman track, near to the space centre and Abbey Pumping Museum. Joanna was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great find- very clean and perfectly well appointed! It’s down a street which was very quiet and felt very safe! Five minutes walk into town! Mirrors and hooks galore was very pleasing to my wife! You can always tell a good find when you walk in and it smells nice!!

Great house to stay in. Spacious and very very clean. We had everything we needed here. Parking in the street with a permit provided by Ann was so easy - its a big help when you can get easy parking outside the house. Ann was easy to contact and deal with and very friendly. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

A little gem of a place, looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and lovely lounge, the beds were comfy and a great bathroom, we really did feel at home here. It was a bonus to have the parking and we even got our big car in the space. This place is so close to the cathedral and castle less than a 10 minute walk. There are loads of great places to eat in upper hill that’s before you even venture down Steep Hill. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to family. Die Wohnung war für uns - 5 Leute - ausreichend groß. Wir konnten in den Betten sehr gut und ruhig schlafen. Sehr nah an der Haustür sind mehrere Bushaltestellen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben es nicht genutzt, aber man kann auch gemütlich daußen sitzen, hinter dem Haus, also weg von der Straße. Unsere Kinder haben sich auch über den guten Smart-TV gefreut.
