We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere in beautiful Southampton. As a former hotelier, Jennifer paid attention to all the detail and comforts. We highly recommend staying here.

Just beautiful! Everything you could need. Especially in the kitchen! Beautiful and so clean. Quiet and cozy. Exactly what I needed. Plus the shower was like a car wash! Incredible. Can’t wait to cook again!

I would give Rosemary's place a 5+ rating. Beautiful apt and super host. Was so helpful whenever we asked questions, was happy to be able to do laundry after 8 days on the road and even offered her clothesline. Very comfortable even without AC. I would highly recommend and hope to come back to her place again

Most places dont give you a full kitchen for this price. Some nowadays dont even provide towels. Forget washer and dryer. It was a great staycation for me. I got to have quiet time with friends and also got some work done. Didnt need to do laundry when I got home. Very helpful place for someone looking for a break from a busy life. Beautiful view from the living room/kitchen/dining/deck area! In a very quiet neighbourhood but still close to downtown Penetang and shops and services. Kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals. Cosy and comfortable living room.

Had an excellent stay with my partner and I. Perfect for a short visit to Blue Mountain with the Village nearby. The host was very responsive and gave me some great recommendations for places to visit.

This was our second year at Carrie and Dan's cottage and once again my family and I had a fantastic time. The house is perfectly situated on the river with a nice beach and it has all of the amenities needed. Dan communicated regularly and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. This is a beautiful property which anyone would have fun at.

Really lovely place -- three comfortable bedrooms, great sitting and dining area, nice kitchen. Great hosting touches -- extra towels, easy to get onto WiFi, chocolates left for the guest, responsive host. Beautifully decorated in antique-looking solid wood furniture, nice pictures and miscellaneous cute items. Might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues as the bathroom is on the main floor and bedrooms are up an old uneven staircase -- one of us was a person who goes to the bathroom a few times a night and that wasn't ideal for her. For me, it was perfect.

We had a great time spending 3 days and 2 nights in this beautiful house, Casa Giulia. Nolan & Cristiana were very responsive and kind in answering our inquiries. The place was very clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed a bonfire at night and even witnessed a stunning sunset near the lake, not far from the house. If you’re looking for a ski in/out location with access to a hot tub and very close to the village action, then this is the place! The unit was clean and tidy, very easy to access, and was exactly as described. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent place by a fantastic host. The place was clean, well located and has everything you would need such as kitchen utensils, games + TV, and plenty of clean quality towels. Ulana and Amir were also very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

From the initial booking confirmation to the final checkout, the hosts were absolutely outstanding! They provided clear and detailed directions to the property, and the space was impeccably clean upon our arrival. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, and the kids especially loved their room. It was the best location in the village, and it was quiet and the sound of the stream was friendly. If you are skiing during the ski season, it would be very convenient because the bottom of the slope and the entrance to the building are in contact. The interior was clean and well-organized.
