It is a short walk away from the subway station Tribunal, the pedestrian shopping area of Fuencarral, the Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and Plaza de España. The street is very lively, with a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. We have put a lot of care into this place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage kann es etwas lauter sein, und obwohl die Fenster restauriert wurden, schirmen sie den Straßenlärm nicht vollständig ab, da sie original und nicht aus PVC sind. Die Küche ist modern und offen gestaltet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer.
