Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The home is close to UAMS, ACH, downtown, UALR, and most major medical centers. The location is perfect for medical, business, or family travelers wanting to experience the best neighborhood in Little Rock. We have storage for bicycles available upon request. We are minutes from the Arkansas River Trail and Big Dam Bridge.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Small studio (#3) in the heart of SOMA!

This small apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, chair, dresser, TV, full kitchen, and a full but tiny bathroom. We live on the first floor and there are three apartments upstairs, including this one. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, distillery, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.
