Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

Hot tub & Sauna Coastal Getaway in Lowestoft

Based in Lowestoft, Suffolk, this seasonal static caravan is the perfect getaway for couples, families and solo travellers. This tiny home has recently been upgraded with a sauna and a whirlpool bath/hot tub complimented with an LED rainfall shower and of course has all the comforts of a double bed, a smart TV, a spacious open dining and sitting areas, and a large decking area for relaxing. Please note this still a small space and access to the whirlpool bath can be tricky.

With the beautiful Gorleston beach at the end of the road and plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance you will be sure to have a fantastic holiday at this amazing property. The house is a home from home and has everything you will need with some nice additional touches including Sky sports and movie channels and plenty of games, books and toys to keep the children entertained.
