Die Lage ist perfekt um die ganze Toskana zu besichtigen und die Gaeste koennen z.B Florenz(35 Min)Siena ,Pisa und Lucca (50 Min) und die Straende der Toskana mit dem Auto erreichen. Es ist von Olivenbaumen umgeben. Dieses Haus ist die perfekte Loesung fuer eine Familie mit Kindern oder fuer Freunden.

Appartamento situato a Querceta, sul confine con la rinomata Forte dei Marmi. E' un semi-interrato fresco, dotato comunque di aria condizionata e situato a 2 km circa dal mare . E' composto da un ampio soggiorno - sala, tavolo da pranzo e cucina con tutti i comfort moderni (anche lavastoviglie). Ha una camera con 3 posti letto + 1 posto su divano letto da una piazza e mezzo ( 140 cm). Lo spazio esterno è attrezzato con tavolo, ombrellone e sdraio. Il parcheggio si trova davanti alla casa.

Una volta, quando era disabitata, ci vivevano le rondini, ed oggi, in estate, è uno spettacolo vederle ogni sera ritornare al luogo d’origine e volare a filo d’acqua per bere alla piscina. Così com’è unico nelle sere di maggio lo spettacolo delle luci delle lucciole o il canto dei grilli che danno il cambio alle cicale, scandendo le ore delle giornate d’estate; o ancora le bellissime farfalle dai colori unici in primavera.

Il vostro appartamento, si trova sulla parte sinistra della casa e gode di un ingresso privato e recintato, bagno con doccia privati, cucina con sala da pranzo e una meravigliosa camera immersa nel verde. Pedona, dista 5' a piedi, e offre 2 alimentari e 1 ristorante. Abbiamo un Wi-Fi MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉
