We had a wonderful stay here! If you want to get out into the hills above Florence, this is a fantastic place! The family took great care in restoring this home from the 1500’s, and it literally feels like you are staying in a museum. Also, the artwork by Dawn, Cecelia’s mom, is beautiful and displayed throughout the home. The views are breathtaking. Dawn is wonderful and even sent some clothing that I had left there on to a hotel in Rome so that I could retrieve it. We also took a cooking class while there and really enjoyed it. We would recommend this Airbnb wholeheartedly!

Alloggio molto ampio e con tutto il necessario. Posizione in collina che offre un magnifico spettacolo e la massima tranquillità.

La petite ville de Chianni est idéalement située pour découvrir la Toscane. Les villes de Pise et San Gimignano sont à proximité et à peine plus loin, Lucques, Sienne et enfin Florence . L'accès à la mer est un peu long mais la ville dispose d'une piscine municipale très bien entretenue avec maître nageur et également un snack. La maison est très agréable à vivre. Spacieuse et bien équipée, elle est également parfaitement centrée dans le village. Tous les petits commerces nécessaires au quotidien sont également tout près, ainsi que plusieurs restaurants. Une mention particulière à Dario qui a fait preuve de beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour de plus de deux semaines. Un grand merci à lui.

Jia’s place was great for our group of 8 adults. The umbrellas saved us in the rainy spring weather! The bedrooms were comfortable and nice to have lots of bathrooms. We enjoyed the dining space and backyard area. The host met us at check in to show us around which was very kind and helpful. The location was great and very walkable to all things Florence :)

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Calambrone, Pisa. Der Check-in war super einfach – wir wurden vor Ort erwartet und freundlich empfangen. Das Haus sah genauso aus wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Der kurze Weg vom Haus zum Strand durch die Dünen war ein echtes Highlight. Barfuß, mit Badehose und Handtuch – mehr brauchte man wirklich nicht. Außerhalb der Saison war es angenehm ruhig, genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die gute Erreichbarkeit von Pisa. Mit dem Bus waren wir in nur 45 Minuten dort und konnten einen wunderbaren Tagesausflug genießen. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war, dass Airbnb die Adresse falsch mit Google Maps verlinkt hatte. Das war jedoch nicht Christys Schuld, sie hat das bereits reklamiert. Fazit: Wer Strand, Sonne und Kultur sucht, ist hier genau richtig.  Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa e non potrei essere più soddisfatto della mia scelta! La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. L’host è stato eccezionale! Gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, rispondendo rapidamente a ogni nostra domanda. All'arrivo ci ha anche lasciato un pensiero di benvenuto per la colazione del giorno successivo, un dettaglio che ho apprezzato molto. Consiglio vivamente questo Airbnb a chiunque cerchi un luogo accogliente, ben collegato con il resto della città e sopratutto gestito da un host disponibile e gentile.

Un bellissimo appartamento in un paesino medievale circondato dalla natura. Monika è stata un ottima Host, sempre disponibile a chiarimenti e dando informazioni chiare su come arrivare all'appartamento e sui luoghi dove andare a mangiare nei dintorni.

Giulia e suo figlio Giacomo sono persone squisite, cordiali e disponibilissime, che ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni utili e fatto sentire come 'a casa'. L'alloggio, al primo e secondo piano di una pregevole casa in pietra sapientemente ristrutturata, sta in un'area boscosa e fresca (ca 900 m. di altitudine) sopra Maresca, raggiungibile anche a piedi in ca 10-15 minuti. L'appartamento è 'nato', ed è tuttora utilizzato, come casa di vacanza per la famiglia di Giulia. Oltre a conservare giochi e 'memorabilia' che ricordano, e trasmettono sensazione di, vacanze e benessere, rendendolo accogliente, è fornitissimo, molto più delle case destinate ai villeggianti. Si può usufruire anche di uno spazio aperto, contraddistinto da un gradevole berceau. Con ampia camera matrimoniale, camera con letti da bambini/ragazzi e divano letto nel soggiorno, è perfetto per una famigliola con bambini, ma può essere anche piacevole per un gruppettodi adulti - fino a quattro - affiatati e adattabili.

Abbiamo trascorso (2 adulti e un cane) una settimana nell'alloggio di Claudio e Rita a cavallo dell'anno. Abbiamo trovato la casa estremamente pulita e provvista di tutto ciò che serve per un piacevole soggiorno anche di più giorni. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili ed ospitali lasciando per noi dei piacevoli pensieri di benvenuto super graditi. Claudio è stato molto disponibile inoltre in un paio di occasioni in cui l'abbiamo contattato. Unica cosa da tenere in considerazione, se si soggiorna nei mesi invernali, ma che non ha inficiato sulla piacevolezza della permanenza, è che il riscaldamento è con gli split e non tramite radiatori quindi in periodi freddi il calore della casa potrebbe essere un po' disomogeneo ma comunque sufficiente lasciando gli split accesi. Claudio e Rita sono molto attenti ai dettagli e all'ospitalitá al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato ciotole,tappetino e cuscino per il cane decisamente una bella sorpresa :-). Una vera casina pet friendly!

Un accueil remarquable et super chaleureux à la hauteur de cet incroyable appartement. Équipement et mobilier au top. Intimité assurée grâce à l'espace sur les deux niveaux. Au calme du centre historique avec une jolie vue arborée depuis la terrasse. Juste fantastique !

A beautiful house with everything you need. comfortable and warm. Great bus connections, close to supermarket and very walkable to lucca central. Comfortably accommodates 8 people, three bath rooms is a bonus . I would highly recommend.

Nice stay, location is perfect, clean

Such a lovely place to stay for the week! Just a 10-minute walk from Lucca’s historic walls, so it’s super convenient but still really quiet at night. The house has tons of space and actually feels like a real home—not like one of those soulless Airbnbs. The A/C kept it cool and the bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed having some outdoor space to relax in, especially with the beautiful Tuscan sunshine. And the fact that the whole place runs on solar power? So cool. Carmelo was incredibly helpful and made everything easy. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lucca and want a peaceful, comfortable spot that’s still close to everything this amazing city has to offer.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille chez Susanna. Le logement était ultra propre et bien équipé. Il est très bien orienté, soleil du matin au soir ce qui rend le jardin très agréable. Le bain à remous était également très propre et agréable. Comme le montrent les photos, la maison est partagée et des voisins vivent au dessus. Nous entendons un peu de bruit mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés.

Super moment passé ici avec nos enfants/ados…lieu paisible, piscine au top avec vue superbe ! Logement lumineux et très agréable…on se sent comme chez soi, et le petit restaurant familial qui propose la spécialité du coin était très sympa ! Logement à recommander sans aucune hésitation !

La casa é molto bella, pulita e curata. Ci sono due bagni e due stanze da letto, fantastica per un weekend di due coppie di amici o in famiglia. La zona é tranquilla e il parcheggio interno é molto comodo. La proprietaria é stata molto gentile e reattiva nelle risposte. Consigliato 👍🏻

Anna Maria was the most wonderful host during our stay in Italy. Her thoughtful attention to every small detail could be felt throughout the house. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The house itself was very comfortable, spotless, and located in a calm and peaceful area. It's also worth noting that the location was perfect for traveling around Tuscany. Anna Maria gave us great tips and recommendations for nearby places to visit. We would be happy to return in the future.

Schönes Reihenendhaus an einem ruhigen Rand von Marina di Massa. Über einen Seitenausgang vom Grundstück direkt am Fluss zum Meer, über einen schönen Weg. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin mit jederzeit guten Tipps. Preis/Leistung Top.

David and Roberta are exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The house was easy to find, thanks to their clear directions. True to their description, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Their friendliness and responsiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Getting inside was a breeze, thanks to their clear instructions. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend staying with David and Roberta to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay.

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X

Casa molto spaziosa ed accogliente, location perfetta sia per arrivare senza macchina (la stazione e’ vicinissima) che per muoversi a Viareggio, in 10 minuti si e’ sulla passeggiata e in spiaggia. Host presente e disponibile, hanno lasciato anche il necessario per la colazione e non manca proprio nulla in cucina!
