Tutto ok, bella casa con una camera da letto, bagno, soggiorno e cucina con la terrazza chi si può utilizzare per chi fuma.

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Très belle endroit calme et paisible, cadre magnifique. Une propriété de qualité, bien entretenue, parfait pour se relaxer et se reposer. La villa est très propre. Situé à proximité de la gare pour se rendre à Rome (30 min de train). Patrizia est très accueillante et souriante, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans une magnifique villa typiquement italienne

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Very bright, clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet apartment right next to the Park Leonardo station. Excellent contact with a very friendly and helpful landlord Panda. Right next to the apartment there is a huge shopping mall with a huge grocery store, IKEA and a restaurant. Moreover, the rental price is very attractive. We are very pleased with the time we spent and we will definitely want to come back during our next visit to Rome.

L'alloggio è moderno, pulito con una vista che offre tramonti bellissimi dal proprio terrazzo. È un appartamento a 2 piani collegati con la scala interna che offre 2 terrazzi attrezzati per ogni piano. L'appartamento dispone del tutto necessario per il soggiorno ( iniziando dalle lenzuoli puliti e profumati alle pentole e posate). Host molto disponibile e sempre pronto per aiutare e/o consigliare. Sicuramente da consigliare. Se torniamo a Roma sarà la nostra tappa per alloggiare.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Abbiamo scoperto una località bellissima, colma di storia e cultura. Anche se è un piccolo paese Isola del Liri offre una vasta gamma di locali di ogni genere, e direi pure fantasiosi. Cibo ottimo, persone piacevolissime con cui abbiamo instaurato subito rapporti amicali. Proprio sotto l'appartamento c'è La Proseccheria, delizioso localino romantico dove abbiamo gustato ottimi aperitivi in compagnia dei simpatici proprietari. L'appartamento, perfetto per una coppia, è accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Ci torneremo!

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

L'appartamento nello chalet di Alessia è l'ideale per chi, seppur a tre minuti di auto dal centro di Pescasseroli, cerca tranquillità e spazi magari per portare a spasso i propri cani. il pezzo forte della casa è il salone ed il suo gigante camino, che naturalmente abbiamo utilizzato tutte le sere per grigliate le ottime carni locali. La cucina è piccola ma essenziale. Nella zona notte molto comodo il riscaldamento a pavimento. Le camere un po piccole, in due si sta bene, in quattro stretti. Gentile il custode che ci ha anche fatto arrivare la legna da ardere.

Thanks this was a really nice place to stay for a day trip to the Abbey and Polish Cemetery. Arturo was really helpful and apartment had everything we needed including a great breakfast.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Wir haben mir unserer Familie eine wunderbare Zeit bei Novella in dem sehr schönen ländlich gelegenem Haus mit vielseitigem Garten und kleinem erfrischendem Pool verbracht. Dort hatten wir viel Ruhe zum lesen und ansonsten ging es mit dem Auto zum nahe gelegenen Sandstrand und mit dem Zug nach Rom und Neapel. Das Auto konnten wir am Bahnhof parken. Novella hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips zum Essen und schwimmen gehen vor Ort gegeben und war auch ansonsten immer erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus suchen und dennoch die Kultur und Strand in der Nähe genießen wollen.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft-für uns perfekt. 50m zum Strand, direkt gegenüber eine Feinkostgeschäft und viele schöne Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Dachterrasse ist super und wir haben sie sehr genossen. Mit der Bahn ist man für 1,50€ in ca. 40 min in Rom, besser geht es nicht. Salvatore ist ein toller Gastgeber, mit vielen gute Tipps und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt bei ihm, und kommen gerne wieder.

La maison de Simona est un havre de paix. Une beauté, une tranquillité déconcertante. Il y fait bon vivre. Placée dans les hauteurs de VELLETRI , vous aurez une vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes autour. On a aimé ce séjour, on a aimé l’Italie. C’est à refaire. Simona est super sympathique, et répond présent à la moindre demande. Nous lui accordons une note de 10/10.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Sono stata con il mio Fidanzato per 5 giorni abbiamo prenotato l’ ultima settimana di settembre , periodo ottimo per girare Ponza in tranquillità senza il caos del turismo , in più abbiamo trovato Alfredo persona squisita sempre disponibile piena di consigli che ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare la vacanza al meglio riuscendo a visitare tutta l’ isola anche grazie allo scooter che ti offre ad un prezzo accessibile … consigliatissimo sia l’ alloggio da Alfredo sia l’ isola di Ponza , se dovessimo tornare sicuramente saprei dove stare , Grazie per la magnifica vacanza.

Carmine und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut verständigen können. Das Grundstück wird von beiden super gepflegt, jede Ecke ist sauber. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind auch sehr schön angelegt, sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank. Anja und Familie

Una piacevole settimana trascorsa presso l’alloggio di Carlo , persona estremamente cortese e sempre disponibile . Location caratterizzata dalla tranquillità e immersa nel verde . L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione di Carlo . Consigliato !!

très belle endroit, je recommande, tranquille et sécuritaire. les oiseaux du matin sont une merveille, le jardin est grand. la maison tout en bois est impeccable. il y a des restaurants dont un qui est une pizzeria bio, le patron Lucas sera vois recevoir, il a cet passion en lui de vouloir faire bien. En descendant par les deux rue de la maison,vous prenez a droite et cet a 800 mètres a peu près, une pancarte ferme pizzeria bio,couper la route a gauche un petit chemin,et pour les enfants meme pour nous adulte des lapins qui ont l'aire très heureux en liberté. l'Italie ace parfum vrai de dolce Vita ....

Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏
