Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dank der guten Lage ist alles gut und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben jeden Tag den traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer vom großzügigen Balkon genossen . Das Apartment ist ideal für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Ottima esperienza. A pochi minuti di auto dalle migliori attrazioni della Costa Smeralda. Vicino c’è tutto: supermercato tabacchino farmacie ecc. appartamento pulito e con tutte le comodità. Tiziana la responsabile del check-in/check-out favolosa. Consiglio.

Bella villetta in tranquillo e silenzioso contesto residenziale nel villaggio di Rena Maiore. La villetta è tenuta bene con due camere da letto, soggiorno e ampia veranda esterna con comodo parcheggio a fianco. Solo il bagno avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato. Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione di Rena Maiore, che consente in pochi minuti di raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle della zona. Santa Teresa di Gallura si raggiunge in soli 10/15 min ed è molto comoda per fare la spesa e per le passeggiate serali. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la piazzetta di Rena Maiore dove sono presenti diversi negozi, bar e ristorante per le piccole necessità giornaliere. Gianmarco e Nicola sono sempre stati facilmente raggiungibili e disponibili. Ci ha accolto Nicola che è stato molto gentile e ci ha anche fornito indicazioni sulle spiagge e locali della zona. Soluzione consigliatissima per chi vuole fare una bella vacanza di mare in questa zona.

Thank you for pleasant experience! Any questions were answered quickly, we had everything we needed (kitchen tools, enough towels, even baby bed and baby seat). There is beautiful beach near (5min walk) and many more quickly reachable by car. We can only recommend!

We had the most wonderful week at Andrea’s house in Golfo Aranci! Absolutely stunning views, quaint local beaches and plenty of quiet coves to explore. It was the perfect retreat after a busy week exploring cities. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to cook meals at home and enjoy them on the lovely patio overlooking the water. Andrea was extremely kind, responsive and accommodating; we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone seeking some R&R in beautiful Sardinia!

Sono stata a casa di Caterina a Settembre con il mio fidanzato. Poltu Quatu alla fine della stagione è spettacolare e la casa è nella posizione perfetta. È un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Musica la sera, vicino a un ristorante, risveglio sul porto, clima intimo e vivace. La casa di Caterina è bellissima, pulita, dotata di ogni comfort: aria condizionata, terrazzo con divanetto, salotto, due bagni, cortile. Grazie ai consigli di Caterina e Luca abbiamo avuto il piacere di scoprire il meglio della Costa Smeralda. In futuro torneremo a trovarvi. Grazie dell’ospitalità. È stato un piacere!

Excellent séjour. Accueil très chaleureux d’Alisson. Le logement est joli, agréable et fonctionnel, l’extérieur est bien aménagé et ombragé. Le seul petit bémol si on doit en trouver un: seule la pièce principale est climatisée. La résidence est paisible, offre une très belle vue sur les montagnes et une piscine magnifique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la maison. Il y a beaucoup d'espace, beaucoup de lumière, une terrasse ombragée l'après-midi. La maison est meublée avec goût, très bien equipée et confortable, parfaitement située sur le quai. Propreté impeccable. Christelle, qui nous a accueilli, a été formidable et attentionnée ; il a été très facile de communiquer. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons vivement l'endroit. Love this place. It was impeccably clean! 5 star hotel type clean. Luxury style apartment. Very spacious. Shower is nice and much larger than most I’ve encountered throughout Italy. I loved the blackout blinds allowing me to sleep in and the additional large TV in the bedroom which was nice for lazy days when I just wanted to stay in bed and catch up on shows. If you’re staying long term everything you need is there.Full fridge/freezer/stove/oven/coffee/washing machine. Plenty of towels and also separate towels in the closet to take to the beach. I always found parking either on the same street or within one block of the apartment. It’s a quiet, residential street and short walk to the center. I also loved that there were no stairs to climb with my large suitcase as it’s on the ground floor… just open the door and step right in! The hosts were always quick to respond. Would love to stay here again if I’m back in Olbia. You’ll need phone service as the “key” is in the form of a link.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit allem was es dazu benötigt! Gute Grundaustattung und schön, dass das Resort noch einen kleinen Laden besitzt!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Appartement en RDC avec piscine en accès direct. Parking privée. Tout en étant situé ds le centre ville (supermarché a 2 pas), la propriété est très calme. L'appartement est très propre avec tout le nécessaire pr passer des vacances agréables. Ornella est très réactive aux messages. Je recommande cette location. Rapport qualité prix irréprochable.

We had a great stay. Lovely apartment with great views. Nice walks close by and great views. Close to the harbor and main town too. Anna Lisa was a great host and very responsive and very friendly.

Super tolle Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden. Sehr sauber! Alles perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons adoré cet établissement, le cadre est vraiment serein, notamment la terrasse avec c'est lumière tamisées, nous avons passé d'agréables moments en famille. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes techniques à notre arrivée (ce qui arrivent partout et à tout le monde) mais Linda a su être très réactive et à fait le nécessaire pour régler ces désagréments. Je le recommande à coup sur.

Sehr netter Kontakt zu Cristina schon vor Bezug, gute Info zur Erreichbarkeit, nette Tips zur Umgebung und zum Essen. Sehr flexibel zum Check in und out (sicherlich je nach Belegung). Einwandfreie Ausstattung, großer Kühlschrank, kleiner Gefrierschrank on top, Klimaanlage und sogar Heizlüfter. genügend Schrankraum und Hänger im Bad, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Sonne auf der Terrasse nur am Abend aber zur heißen Zeit sicher angenehm. Große überdachte Terrasse und durch den Parkplatz praktisch noch ein Vorgarten zum in der Sonne lesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wie immer alles top. Wir brauchten einen Handwerker - wurde sofort gerufen - alles schnell geregelt .

La casa è molto bella, dotata di tutte le comodità e con un bello spazio fuori dove mangiare sempre fresco. Le spiagge nei dintorni sono bellissime, una delle più belle raggiungibile in 5 minuti di macchina. C’è stata grande disponibilità da parte di Bruna sia per il check in che per suggerimenti. Consigliato!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa idéalement située sur l'île. La maison est parfaitement équipée et la literie est vraiment de bonne qualité. La petite terrasse extérieure est un vrai plus pour profiter le soir. Notre hôte Riccardo a ètė prévenant et bienveillant, il a su nous donner de bons conseils sur la région et nous a toujours répondu du rapidement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez Riccardo et ne manquerons pas d ele conseiller à nos amis. merci encore pour tout
