The View, Funchal

Newly renovated quiet 2 bedroomed house with fantastic panoramic views over the sea and Funchal harbour. This comfortable, light contemporary home opens through a wall of glass to a private south facing terrace with loungers and comfortable dining area under a tiled canopy. Cruise ships waft past the terrace, by night lit like Manhatten. Tiny squid fishing boats bob just offshore with their hanging lights. You can watch the boats come and go in the harbour which looks fabulous by night.

Has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed), a complete bathroom. - Superb view over the sea - Queen size bed - 5 minutes by foot to café and bakery, 10min walking down to Câmara de Lobos (historical fisherman village with nice restaurants, supermarkets etc) -15 min by car to Funchal - 10 min by car to Cabo Girão viewpoint - Can advice guests about the weather and choose hikings in the mountains - I am very happy to give all the support and information to the guests.
