Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

I created a passive solar tiny house, with tons of south facing windows & beautiful mountain views. It's located just 4 miles from downtown Marshall & it is about 20-25 mins. from both Asheville & Hot Springs. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby which include horseback riding, rafting/paddling on the French Broad River, zip-lining, hiking (we have more details in the host guidebook). "Rustic cabin located on a short walk from the Appalachian Trail surrounded by national forest and isolated. The cabin has a gas fireplace for heat and relaxation and a fire pit to relax outside. The loft has plenty of room with a full size bed and a single twin on main level. The cabin is set up as a getaway, there is no cell service but satellite wifi is available and a smart TV, not high tech but you can communicate with the outside world.
