Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Det har været vigtigt, at skabe et anderledes æstetisk forenklet udtryk, hvor stilen er minimalistisk i et industrielt design, og hvor familien kan være samlet på et plan. Store glaspartier giver dig oplevelsen af at være tæt med naturen samtidig med, at udsigten til adriaterhavet samt øerne Brac og Hvar, gør husets beliggenhed unikt. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.
