This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). Studio has a small window and it's medieval architecture to blame. Of course, less daily light has some advantages during hot summer days, because apartment stay cold and comfortable.

Apartment Tea - cosy studio for unforgettable stay

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment comfortably accommodates 4 to 5 people (the living room couch can be used as an extra bed). We offer one free parking space, a large terrace with a garden, and a shared barbecue area. We’re also pet-friendly! The barbecue area and vegetable garden are shared with guests in the apartment above, so we recommend coordinating with them for use of these spaces. The beach is just 2 minutes away by foot!

Jedes Appartement hat Meerblick, Parkplatz und Grillmöglichkeit im Garten mit Sonnenliegen unter Palmen, Feigenbaum, Olivenbaum, etc. Parking unter Pergola, im Schatten v. Kiwi und geschmackhaften Trauben für meine Gäste.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
