Dieses traditionelle Haus aus dem Jahr 1873 befindet sich seit jeher in Familienbesitz und wurde als unser 2. Projekt liebevoll kernsaniert, umgebaut und renoviert. Es handelt sich um ein 1-Raum-Haus mit über 70 Quadratmetern, quasi ein Loft, mit 3 Betten, Wohn- sowie Essbereich. Bad und Küche wurden neu angebaut, viele alte Strukturen blieben erhalten. Fernab vom Massentourismus, lädt das Dorf zum Erholen & Entspannen ein. Die zentrale Lage ist der ideale Startpunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

Malona ist ein von Vogelbeobachtern geschätztes ruhiges Dorf inmitten von Zitrus- und Olivenhainen 3km vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Seit 2025 verlangt die Regierung eine Umweltsteuer (8€/Tag von April bis Oktober, sonst 2€), sie wird direkt bei uns bezahlt.
