Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

Great private stay a block from the beach and two blocks from the village. The area is very walkable for things to do and eat. If you’re looking for a honeymoon, anniversary or getaway spot this is perfect! And the hot tub is a nice touch.

We’ve stayed near Siesta key before, but the experience was very different this time due to our host. Starting before we arrived, she made sure we would have what we needed for our staff, including a high chair and crib. During our stay she checked in regularly. It felt more like we were staying at a friends house than a rental.

There were 6 of us total as we had some young teachers on spring break and their friends with us. The space worked well for all of us and the location is great. The beach was an easy walk, our cottage had a fenced in area for our pup, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and the hottub. Dave who assists in the care of the place was available and very responsive to all needs and questions. We hope to come back and we would recommend it to anyone.

Went for a long weekend with friends. We were 2 families with 5 kids under 10. The pool and hot tub were great. They had all the beach amenities needed so we didn’t have to bring any with. Would recommend Marc’s place to anyone looking for something on the quieter side of Siesta. It’s close enough to go out and have some fun but far enough for the beaches to be calmer and the evenings to not be loud.

Dave took good care of us during our stay. There were a few minor issues but Dave was responsive and quick to get things replaced/fixed. We were in contact throughout the week, which was great. We loved having the bikes and the beach supplies. Pool volleyball and ping pong were a huge hit! We will definitely be coming back next year for our annual family vacation. Marc is easy to get ahold of, informative and helpful. Thank you for hosting us!

We came with three other families so we had possession of all four cottages. Check-in was extremely easy and smooth. They went above and beyond to try to get us in early since they knew we were arriving before check-in. It was the perfect space to gather all our family and friends and be able to enjoy family dinners each night together. The location was great for us! Our teenagers walked down every day to where all the hustle and bustle was, but the adults really enjoyed being at the more peaceful end of the beach. I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. It had all the amenities that you could ask for. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. Would highly recommend this place, especially for multiple families as it was nice to be able to gather, but to also have your own space. We will definitely return! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay very clean and comfortable.

Easy check in and check out. Very private space and very secure with the security gate. Felt right at home! My friend and I have stayed here multiple times and it’s great every time!

Perfect location to collect shark teeth at the nearby beach and check out the Warm Mineral Springs not to far away! Benjamin was super responsive to my messages and very helpful. The place was spotless upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come again!

We had a great time staying here! The home was beautiful with all the beach supplies one could want. As someone who drove their boat up, the dock had great cleat availability and we had no problems getting a spot. One of the easier places to dock at that I have stayed overnight. Home also has everything for cooking and good wifi for being on an island. Loved the vibe of LGI, watching the sunset, and exploring the surrounding islands. Would definitely stay again!

Adorable, spotless duplex on a quiet street. One of the best properties I have ever rented. Hosts are responsive and pleasant. Will rent again when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Very unique house and surroundings. We walked to the beach for a beautiful sunset and enjoyed the screened porch. Will definitely recommend!

If you’re a couple going to Venice, this is the spot. Everything you could possibly want. Close to the beach and if you have a boat the ramp is literally five minutes away. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a lovely home with astounding amenities. The street is old Florida style mixed with newer homes. The beach and water are heaven. There really are no words to describe. The home, street, and beach are jewels….and the host is amazing!! This neighborhood is very quiet and so peaceful.

Wunderschöne Anlage am See, herrlicher Salzwasserpool, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, super ausgestattet mit einer Vielfalt an Vögeln, Pflanzen und Aligator im See. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein wunderschöner Platz um zu entspannen. Dieser Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Dankeschön Theresa und Jon für die herrliche Woche, die wir bei Euch verbringen konnten.

Very nice place to stay. Perfect location to the beaches and nice restaurants/hang out spots that were very close. Very quiet and peaceful. September is a quiet month - not lots of tourists. Lovely place that was clean and nicely decorated. My only issue was that the shower water never got above luke warm. I like hot showers. Otherwise, very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

Great place. Kitchen was well stocked for staying in. ICW on one side and nice walk to the beach. We will keep this one on our list for future stays in Siesta Key!

We cannot say enough about how much we love Barbara’s place on Little Gasparilla Island! It’s so homey and peaceful. This is our second visit, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again! Barbara and Bret are excellent hosts and always make us feel welcome. The location is perfectly peaceful and yet only a short walk to the miles of tranquil beach.

Our stay was very pleasant, the place was clean, and it matched the description in the booking ad. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all appliances worked. Bedrooms were spacious, we traveled with a 7-month-old baby, and the playpen fit, and the room was still very roomy. The air conditioner was nice and cold. Patrick checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly upon arrival, during our stay, and before checking out. I would stay in this place again. We loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Todd and Marie’s lovely home. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and this one stands out as one we felt completely at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens crisp and clean. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. The sweet front and back porches were great places to hang out morning and evening. The air conditioning units worked beautifully on hot days. But the windows on the front porch worked well letting in cool morning breezes. The walk around the neighborhood and short walk to the water were covered with extraordinary live oak trees. We discovered a fun tiki bar with great music and food just down from the house. However, with that said, it was extremely quiet at the house. The location was perfectly situated off the main route 41 connecting the beach towns and found it easy to get around to get to the beaches on the Gulf. I highly recommend this airbnb.
