Questo spazio unico, ricavato nei trulli, ha uno stile tutto suo in grado di far vivere le autentiche emozioni della valle d'Itria. Si entra attraverso una antica pergola di uva fragola, la cucina ed il bagno sono stati ricavati nelle "alcove", mentre la zona pranzo e la zona notte sono ubicate in un trullo saraceno e in uno a cono molto alto.
