Really nice place to stay in Marco Island. South Seas is a beautiful private development in a fantastic location. Rob and Heather's place was very, very nice. Amazing views and a great condo to stay in. If you're a pool person or a beach person, this is the place for you, as both are awesome. Worth the stay, would stay again! Rob and Heather were very responsive.

Great place for a family vacation. Great location - close to pickleball - swimming pool - shuffle board. Highly recommend. Host very responsive!

We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous place! This was my first experience with an AirB&B and it was great. I’m really picky about cleanliness, and I didn’t find one thing I had to “re-clean” myself! Location was awesome - we walked to Sam Snead’s restaurant in 2 minutes. This unit has everything you could possibly need - every kind of utensil, pan, glassware, etc. Every outdoor thing you might need - umbrella, fishing rod, pool tools, you name it. It was quiet, it was safe and I’m already rebooking for next year! Terrific place- would totally recommend!

We needed a last minute place to stay & this place was amazing! I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnb’s & this was by far the cleanest/nicest. Check in was very easy. It was spotless, stocked with everything you need, plenty of toilet paper, towels, detergent, toiletries, extra blankets. There was beach towels, a cooler & a nice backpack to use. They even had a couple snacks and water bottles for us. The view is amazing, so peaceful & quiet. Even the linen smelled amazing lol. Tiki hut was so cute & the game room. The hosts answered very quickly to one of my requests & were very accommodating. Definitely found my new spot when visiting family. Highly recommend!

This is a great place in a community of many similar places you'd expect to find in South Florida. easy access to Naples and the surrounding areas, 35 straight line minutes to the airport. Place was nice, recently renovated, solidly equiped for a longer stay. Enjoyed it!

Thank you for a great experience. Location is convenient to several restaurants, grocery stores etc. 30 min drive to the beach. Apartment is clean, fun decor and had what we needed! Would stay again for sure!

Auch die Strandausstattung hat uns begeistert: Von Tennisschlägern über Beachball-Schläger und Strandspielzeug bis hin zu zahlreichen Handtüchern war alles vorhanden, was man für entspannte Tage am Meer braucht. Der Trockner und die Waschmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet – wir haben sie gerne genutzt und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Der gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Pool, der Whirlpool sowie das Fitnessstudio sind in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und tragen maßgeblich zum hohen Erholungswert bei.

My family and I had a wonderful spring break week at Hoot's condo. It was exactly as described and pictured, and was the perfect home base for exploring Marco Island and its beaches! Everything went very smoothly from check-in to departure. He had lots of helpful recommendations as well.

We enjoyed staying at Justin and Lisana’s condo! The condo is beautiful and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc, was so helpful! They even thought of all the little extras like nightlights and even aloe for sunburns ;-). Our 11 year old daughter was delighted to check out all the books, puzzles, and games. We were able to bring our bikes and ride around the area, which is so beautiful. We enjoyed visiting Lowdermilk Beach, Marco Island, and the Vanderbilt Beach —all within 20-30 minutes drive. The beaches are lovely and have lots of shells. We also made a trip to the Everglades National Park, which was about 45 minutes away and worth the visit. We rode our bikes in the national park and saw a lot of alligators, beautiful birds, and turtles. I would recommend getting there early though, if you want to find parking. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend staying here!

We have used Naples Vacations a few times in the past and they have always been proactive and responsive. We had no issues with our stay and Jennifer was friendly and reached out personally before our arrival to provide check in and access details .

Nicely furnished and plenty of room for four guests. The screened in porch was larger than expected and where we spent most of our time while there. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and Mary was very responsive, would definitely recommend!

Nataliya was a fantastic host- super responsive and courteous when we asked to check-in early. The place was clean, the garden and pool in the complex were lovely, and it’s about a mile and a half from the beach. We had a great time and would come again!

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We loved the area and were so comfortable. I’ll absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay and are already dreaming of our next visit to Sivys’s. The house was full of essentials, nothing was overlooked. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to so many local attractions. Beautiful outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great sizes. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. No detail was forgotten, a true gem!

Dani’s place was amazing! The Pool, (and we did not have to pay extra for heat) was amazing! The Pool Table was a huge hit! the Hot Tub also amazing! Close to everything! We would recommend Dani’s place to anyone. The only suggestion I have is to get a Pizza Cutter and Chalk for the Pool Sticks. We had some serious competition going on! 😊. Thank you for the great stay!

Great hosts, great neighborhood, great location. Townhouse had plently of space for 6 people with the 3 large bedrooms. Quick walk to all ammenities. Hosts were great at communicating and allowing for early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for resort style pool and quiet and safe neighborhood.

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

We had a wonderful stay, and greatly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi the most. So much space and very helpful / responsive host. Would stay again. 10/10, great spot!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The space was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Having a pool was so great for the kids. It was close to everything we wanted to do like the zoo and children’s museum. It was also a short distance from Marco’s Island which allowed us to visit for a day. Hristo was very helpful. I couldn’t locate a few things in the house and he quickly responded. I also needed a couple of things and he had it sent to the house. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time in St. James City! The pictures on the listing did not do the interior justice - we thought it might be a bit dark inside but it was bright and airy inside and bigger than we thought! It was clean, bright, not cluttered at all and the amenities were as described. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds and linens were very nice (firm). The surrounding area was very quiet, we had numerous, pleasant interactions with the neighbors with offers to go boating and kayaking and advice on fishing spots and we got plenty of visits with the manatees that we passing through. We used the kayaks quite a bit as well as the fishing poles. We would definitely come back; great experience overall.

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay on Marco Island for Easter Vacation. The Flamingo House was perfect for our family. It had the beach gear needed - beach chairs, umbrellas/cabanas, toys, and trolley - for walking to the beach. The house was only 1-2 block walk to the public beach access point which was so great. It also had about 10 bikes in the garage, enough for our kids aged 6, 9 and 10 including helmets, and also the adults. The home itself was super clean - spotless bathrooms, new bedding and sheets, washer and dryer - and all the kitchen gadgets and and outdoor grill. It had an outdoor area with a pool, lounge chairs and hammock that our family used. Liz, the host, was always responsive by text with anything we asked, and we were responsive back to her. Good communication. We would stay here again for a future vacation to Marco Island. Great host, great house, and great walkable location 2 blocks from the public beach. Thank you!
