This 3BR + sleepable den (with dedicated workspace) sleeps 8 and features a private heated pool, spacious lanai with firepit & outdoor TV, and Smart TVs in every room. Water sports, Everglades tours, shopping, farmers market and art fairs are all within a short walk or drive. There is a 2nd floor (unaccessible to 1st floor) that only my family uses when we come down from NJ.
