La casa gode di un ingresso indipendente e si sviluppa tutta su un piano. Si compone di cucina, bagno, un'ampia sala e una camera da letto. Dispone di un cortile interno privato a totale disposizione. Uno studio artistico trasformato in uno spazio unico in cui arteEstoria si fondono in armonia con il presente. Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

L'appartamento è al piano terra con giardino esclusivo dove puoi anche pranzare o cenare, camera da letto con accesso diretto al bagno e al giardino, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto, ampia sala per il tempo libero. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
