Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Welcome to L'Ours et Son Petit Oiseau (The Bear and his Little Bird), set in 8 acres with views over a wild valley run with deer and sanglier. Cool off in the saltwater pool, relax in a hammock, unwind in the wood-fired hot tub, or get to know the many animals who also call this place home. Fields and vineyards lead to the winding streets of medieval Issigeac, a boulangerie, a café and the perfect afternoon.

Nid douillet et cosy . ( non fumeur svp ) . La lumière y est très présente. Environnement calme , magnifique. Parfait pour sillonner la vallée de la Vézère. Au cœur du triangle d or : Sarlat Perigueux Bergerac. À 10 mn des Eysies : capitale de la préhistoire. Grottes , jardins , châteaux , randonnées, canoës … Notez svp , que seul un poêle à bois assure le chauffage en hiver. C est très agréable . Bois fourni. Du 20 juillet au 31 août : arrivées et départs le samedi . Au plaisir .

Character stone property with 3 bedrooms situated in a secluded rural hamlet in Pezuls, Black Perigord only 5km from the Dordogne river, in between Sarlat, Perigueux and Bergerac with easy access to all the Dordogne has to offer. It comes with a private heated pool , large terrace, extensive grounds over 2 acres (partly wooded) for guests to use and gated entrance . All bedrooms have en suite facilities, and there are two spacious living rooms and well equipped kitchen.

Elven Song is one of 3 cabins in the 100acre wood at terre et toi . It sits in a woodland clearing just above the lake,a moss lined path leads you to the waters edge 30 m away.The frame is made from tree trunks,the walls and benches hand sculpted from earth and finished with clay paints.The overhead skylight and tall windows give a light and airy feel to the inside and ensure a view of the sky and woodlands without moving from the kingsize bed

Boulangeries, restaurants, bar, épicerie, pharmacie, etc ….à 4 mn à pied. Idéal pour les amateurs de randonnée, avec la Dordogne à quelques kilomètres.
