It's less than 10 mins walking to multiple great restaurants, grocery stores, and even paddle board/boat rentals, fishing trips, dolphin eco sunset & tours. Feeling adventurous? We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car.

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. This is our own vacation home, so we’ve made every effort to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Private back yard with a privacy Fence and Pond, for your use. (No shared areas.) Guests say pictures do not do this unit justice.
