Το Meteora Shelter I βρίσκεται κάτω ακριβώς από το μοναστήρι της Αγίας Τριάδας και μπροστά από τον τεράστιο βράχο του Άλσου, με εκπληκτική θέα. Είναι ένας πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χώρος που περιλαμβάνει έργα σύγχρονης τέχνης φιλοτεχνημένα από την καλλιτέχνιδα Μαγδαληνή Θεοδώρου. Από εδώ ξεκινάει μονοπάτι για τα μοναστήρια των Μετεώρων. Το σπίτι αυτό χτίστηκε το 1960, και πρόσφατα ανακαινίστηκε. Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ενιαίος και είναι ενα αυτόνομο τμήμα ενος μεγαλύτερου οικήματος .Ένας όμορφος κήπος με ιδιωτικό παρκιν, μπάρμπεκιου και πισινα εκτείνεται μπροστά του, πλαισιωμένος και προστατευμένος απο καταπράσινα φυτά. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήρεμη γειτονιά στο χωριό των Ταξιαρχών, σε απόσταση 10km ανατολικά της πόλης των Τρικαλων,με όλους τους δημοφιλείς προορισμούς του θεσσαλικού καμπου εύκολα και γρήγορα προσβασιμους.

Marmaraki

The house is located under the picturesque rocks of Meteora, in the beautiful village Kastraki. The area is called Marmaro or Marmaraki, which is where the house gets it's name. The house is close to public transportation, about 200 meters away from the central area of the village. Bakeries, groceries, tavern-restaurants and a drugstore are very close by (about 50-100 meters). The town of Kalambaka is within walking distance. The house is also close to the great monasteries of Meteora.

The appartment is very easy to get to, located in the centre of Kalampaka, next to the central square of Kalampaka. The train, bus and taxi station are at a five minute walk distance. The appartment itself is perfect for famillies as well as groups of friends. You can enjoy uninhibited view of Meteora and the central square of Kalampaka from its balconies. All the local stores, restaurants and bars are just 3 to 5 minutes away, as well as the tour operating offices.
