Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Lovely year-round insulated guesthouse, of approx. 17 m², with lots of charm, located in the middle of Gribskov, 6 km outside Hillerød. Here is room for 2 people with a large room with double bed, dining area and open kitchen with burner and the possibility of light cooking. In addition, there is a nice little bathroom with underfloor heating and a shower. The house is perfect for a romantic get-away or as a writing den if you need peace and quiet a few days for contemplation.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. På det skønne Halsnæs tæt ved Lynæs , udlejes denne unikke bolig der ligger midt i en blomsterhave. Det er nyistandsat med respekt for huset 170 års historie med køkken og bad. Huset har egen indgang, terrasse, parkeringsplads og er ugenert fra resten af ejendommen. Der er 2 cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år. Der er en trappe midt i boligen hvor børn kan komme alvorligt til skade hvis de falder ned.

Relax with the whole family at this spacious summer house. The house has 3 bedrooms, a big living room, an outdoor terrace, and a large backyard. During warm days, you can enjoy the sun while being outside, jumping on the trampoline, playing football, or using a mini playground; in colder days, get cozy in a living room by a fireplace. The house is located just 100 m from the fjord, where you can go for a walk or enjoy a swim.

Skævinge, det gamle hønsehus i landlige omgivelser

Vi har renoveret det gamle hønsehus til et lille hyggeligt anneks. Huset har et rum og ligger for sig selv på vores lille landsted og vi har 12 høns og en hane, der græsser frit på stykket ud for huset. Gården er oprindeligt fra 1914 og ligger omgivet af marker og med udsigt til strø bjerge. På ejendommen finder du ligeledes vores cafe og gårdbutik, der sælger kaffe, kage, sandwich, brunch mm åbningstid fredag-søndag kl 10-17

Skønt bondehus i landsby

Skønt bondehus med et behageligt indeklima i landsby kun 10 min fra Hillerød, 35 min til Kbh og 20 min til en af Nordkystens bedste badestrande, Liseleje. Arresø, Strødam Enge og Æbelholt Skov er naturskønne områder tæt på. Der er 2 km til dagligvarebutik og ladestander. 200 m til offentlig transport til Hillerød og Frederiksværk/Hundested. Mikrobageri, pizzaria og kiosk/pakkeshop i byen.
