Immersa nella tenuta Coltifredi con giardino privato recintato e accesso indipendente, è composta da tre camere matrimoniali, due bagni con doccia, uno studio, un piacevole salotto ed una pittoresca cucina. Completamente ristrutturata, conserva l'autentico stile toscano, con vecchi pavimenti in cotto, porte e finestre originali e arredi di famiglia per farvi sentire a casa.
