Luminosa Villetta immersa in un'oasi di verde, vista mare, distante solo dieci minuti di macchina dal paese e cinque dalle spiagge. Un delizioso portico offre area relax, docce e spazi per mangiare all'aria aperta. Più entrate danno accesso ad un'ampia cucina-soggiorno, attigua una confortevole cameretta e il bagno principale. Al primo piano un soppalco dove è presente un letto matrimoniale e un intimo bagno. Bonus: zona rustica al pian terreno con forno per pizza e gustose grigliate. IUN P5043

Casa Francesca liegt leicht erhöht mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Strand von Monte Gogoni und der Lagune mit ihren Flamingos. Hier wohnst Du ruhig und kannst völlig entspannen, während dich die Sonne von Morgens bis Abends verwöhnt. In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche. Gerne helfe ich dir, sie wie ein Einheimischer kennen und lieben zu lernen.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
