Finemente ristrutturata nel rispetto della sua essenza, senza trascurare i comfort per rendere unico il vostro soggiorno. Uno splendido terrazzo con vasca idromassaggio è pronto ad ospitare aperitivi e cene, in una location suggestiva ed intima. Le scale che conducono alla Suite e poi al terrazzo sono quelle tipiche del centro storico! Un po’ ripide alla vista, ma dotate di idonea illuminazione e doppio passamano!

La Casetta del Pescatore

Questa casetta e' al piano terra in pieno centro storico a Mola di Bari. E' stata ristrutturata nel 2015 recuperando due locali usati nei tempi passati come deposito delle reti da pesca di uno dei piu' famosi pescatori della zona: mio padre. Ha due entrate: una principale in Via Duomo 19 e una secondaria. E' vicina a ristoranti, mare, farmacie, bar e vita notturna. Collocato immediatamente fuori da Bari Vecchia, all'incrocio tra le due più importanti vie di Bari (Corso Vittorio Emanuele II e Via Sparano) l'Osservatorio si trova in una zona strategica. L'appartamento, collocato al decimo e ultimo piano di uno degli edifici più alti di Bari, è completamente indipendente e offre una vista mozzafiato sulla città vecchia e sul mare. L'Osservatorio, composto da un'ampia stanza con angolo cottura e bagno, affaccia su un ampio terrazzo privato.

It is located in one of the most welcoming areas of the city, close to nightlife, stunning views of the waterfront, local heritage sites, restaurants, bars and the city beach "Pane e pomodoro". My accommodation is suitable for couples, friends, business travelers and families. During the night on weekends the bars around the area can be noisy.
