Kinderfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

Davide est un superbe hôte très réactif, nous atterrissions tôt le matin, on a pu avoir le logement des qu’il était disponible. Il nous a fait des recommandations sur les alentours que nous avons largement suivis et nous ne sommes pas déçus. Environnement calme, nous avons pu manger tous les jours dans la cour. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester le barbecue (dommage) mais il donnait envie ! La literie est de qualité, ayant des problèmes de dos, j’ai très bien dormi sans aucune douleur. La cuisine est certes petite mais super fonctionnelle, pas besoin d’avoir plus grand. Il y a un Spar à 5 minutes à pied de la maison, pas plus cher qu’une autre grande surface, très pratique ! Je recommande donc Davide et sa maison sans problème.

Wir haben uns bei Marco und Elena sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Marco und Elena sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unserem Kind wurden direkt bei der Ankuft ein Kinderfahrrad und viele Spielsachen für den Strand gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Gute Bettwäsche/Handtücher. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG (first floor) einer Villa und ist wie beschrieben über einer Außentreppe erreichbar. Man hat einen privaten Balkon, eine überdachte Terasse unten und einen eigenen Gartenanteil mit einer Außendusche. Die Gastgeber wohnen unten, man sieht sich aber kaum, außer Kontakt ist gewollt. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto und eine Waschmachine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein kleiner ruhiger Strand ist in 5 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurans sind in 10 Min mitm Auto in Pula erreichbar. Bei Marco kann man Fahrräder und ein Kanu kostenfrei ausleihen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Le logement est très très bien équipé, la literie est bien confortable, tout le linge est à disposition, et nous avions à notre disposition œufs, lait, pâtes, bières.... très gentille attention. la vue est superbe. les espaces sont bien séparés avec chacun ses toilettes et sa salle de bain. tout est parfaitc- est une des meilleures locations que nous avons eu.

Très jolie maison avec tout le nécessaire et dans un superbe cadre arboré (le jardin, et, au-delà, la pinède) à deux pas d'une belle longue plage très agréable pour les enfants. La pinède est en outre un lieu bien sécurisé pour que des enfants puissent jouer sans risque, à la période où on y était, qui était peu touristique. Simone a été extrêmement flexible sur les horaires (dans notre cas horaires franchement mouvants), et toujours très amical dans sa communication ! De plus, et cela devient rare sur Airbnb, le prix annoncé est bien le prix que vous payez (pas de surplus de type location de draps ou serviettes, taxes de séjour etc.). Je recommande !

Michael è un ottimo Host, gentile e molto disponibile. Posizione ottima e riservata. Casa spaziosa e confortevole, fornita di tutto l’essenziale. Super terrazzo esterno e perfetto per un po’ di relax. Host e casa super consigliate!

What a wonderful place! We have been here for a week and really enjoyed every day. The house is wonderfully quiet and has everything you need. Thank you Gabriele for your hospitality and all the great tips! Our first introduction to Sardinia, but certainly not the last!

Cinque stelle solo perché non se ne possono dare di più! Michela disponibile e molto reattiva alle richieste. La casa è stupenda, dotata di tutti i confort possibili (lavatrice, lavastoviglie,macchinetta del caffè, forno, microonde, barbecue, climatizzatore sia al piano terra che nel soppalco, tv) e all'arrivo tutto presente per iniziare il soggiorno (bagnoschiuma, shampoo, capsule del caffè, marmellate e brioches per la colazione, detersivi per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, occorrente per fare il barbecue); inoltre dotato di asciugamani e lenzuola (anche per il lettino del bimbo piccolo). Plus: kit di benvenuto con ichnusa fredda in frigo e pomodorini buonissimi. Posto decisamente rilassante, fuori dal caos ma a tre minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia di Flumendosa, consigliataci da Michela (bella, non troppo affollata e con prezzi decisamente abbordabili per ombrellone e lettini). In pratica, arrivare e sentirsi fin da subito in vacanza grazie all'accuratezza dell'host.

Das Haus von Marina ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was man benötigt. Pula und ein Supermarkt ist der strasse entlang und über einen kreisel zu Fuss erreichbar. anfang oktober war es angenehm ruhig auch nachts. Marina hat uns auf unseren wunsch velos, gartenstühle und eine sonnenliege zur verfügung gestellt. der garten ist sehr gepflegt, der olivenbaumgarten sehr schön. der sitzplatz war zu dieser jahreszeit schattig und kühl, weshalb wir uns in den garten in die spärliche sonne gesetzt haben, halt ohne tisch. am abend hatte es viele moskitos. die etwas mondäne gegend mit viel infrastruktur an den stränden war nicht nach unserem geschmack, weshalb wir früher abgereist sind. aber Marina hat sehr grosszügige stornierungsbedingungen, so dass wir nicht zu viel bezahlt haben. 😊 leider uns war die matratze zu hart. aber offensichtlich sind wir da empfindlicher als andere leute. antimückenspiralen, wc-papier, öl, essig, zucker, kaffee etc. sind nur in sehr kleinem mass vorhande

Fulvio e sua moglie sono stati impeccabili: accoglienti, gentili e super disponibili. Ci hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole oltre ad averci offerto l'alloggio perfetto: l'appartamento è grande e accogliente, arredato con pezzi unici che ti fanno sentire a casa. Ha un balcone e una veranda speciali. È dotata di ogni comfort; ci hanno fatto trovare bagnoschiuma, shampoo, caffè, pasticcini e altro; mettono a disposizione giochi, ombrelloni e teli per la spiaggia, comodità incredibile se si viaggia in aereo. Ogni angolo era pulitissimo, ho visto pochi alloggi così, veramente apprezzato.

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Ubytovanie malú pre nás skvelú polohu. Bolo v tichej lokalite. Obchody boli v pešej vzdialenosti aj pláž. Parkovanie v garáži alebo na ulici veľmi jednoduché. Kuchyňa výborne vybavená, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali. Majiteľ nám všetko vysvetlil a dal veľa typov na výlety a reštaurácie. Centrum mesta veľmi jednoducho dostupné aj MHD. Zastávka autobusu pešo 7 min. Pacilo sa mi ako separujú odpad. Cítili sme sa bezpečne a príjemne.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Apartament jest czysty i bardzo wygodny, ma duży balkon. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona. Mieszkanie w spokojnej okolicy ok. 0,5 h spacerem od centrum i 1,0h od plaży. Gospodarz miły i pomocny.

Valentina's apartment is lovely and spacious, just as pictured. Decent amenities as advertised, plenty of parking, quiet area with a supermarket in walking distance as well as the beach not too far. The center is just a short 10 minute drive. Bed was comfortable, smart TV, A/C for the warmer days, and a machine dryer were a nice bonus. Valentina kindly provided some nice recommendations of things to do when we had a couple of rainy days, which was helpful! Overall, we recommend this apartment when staying in Cagliari!

Serdeczność z jaką przywitała nas Martina sprawiła, że poczuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystkie wskazówki były bardzo pomocne. Apartament był bardzo czysty, gustownie urządzony, znaleźliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy na pobyt z dwójką kilkuletnich dzieci, a nawet więcej! Dzieci były zachwycone domkiem pod schodami, w środku znajdowały się również zabawki, świetny pomysł! Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Martina bardzo szybko reagowała gdy mieliśmy jakieś pytania. Dziękujemy raz jeszcze, będziemy bardzo miło wspominać nasz pobyt!

Super logement près de Cagliari ! Nous y avons passé environ 12 jours. Je remercie Ornella pour sa réactivité au moindre soucis ! La location est très bien située et le parking privé est un plus. On est à proximité de la plage, du supermarché, bar, café, restaurants. Le gîte est très propre avec tous les services à disposition pour y rester sur une longue période (machine à laver, cuisine équipée,...). On s'y sent vraiment bien, je recommande !

We enjoyed our stay, near enough to centre without the touristy hustle and bustle. Lovely comfortable space, lots of nice Italian touches and special balcony for views and outside meals.

Die grosszügige, helle Wohnung mit tollem grossen Balkon ist im 1. Stock in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. In der Wohnung hat es Alles was man braucht inklusive tolle Bücher über Sardinien. Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben uns wohlgefühlt. In der Nähe befindet sich eine gute Pizzeria. Für die Einkäufe ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Das urbane Cagliari kann man mit dem Auto, aber auch mit dem Bus ereichen. Der Flughafen Cagliari ist ca 20 km entfernt. Federico ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war schnell und problemlos sowohl fürs check-in als auch für Tipps und Ratschläge für die Umgebung. Gerne wieder :-).
