This place was absolutely breathtaking! The reality was even more stunning than the photos could capture. The location was truly idyllic, offering a serene and tranquil escape. It was so peaceful and quiet, a perfect retreat. Impeccably clean and pristine, it felt like a sanctuary. The decoration and art were incredibly tasteful, and the music environment was equally delightful. The experience was simply exceptional and truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this gem!

We were 3 couples that stayed at this location for the second year in a row. We love the floor plan. It gave all couples privacy. We also love that we can walk in to either Naugatuck or Douglas.

My husband and his friend stayed here for a couple days while salmon fishing. They said the beds were comfortable, good amenities, nice hot water for showers and they really appreciated the fish cleaning station. Thanks for the great stay!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and we loved the spa and pool table. It’s a fantastic place for a small group.

Bruce & Carol were excellent hosts anticipating needs while going above and beyond to make the stay special. The home has beautiful landscaping and gardens. Plenty of room for children to run and play. The breeze from the lake can be enjoyed throughout the home. The house has lake front views throughout the main rooms. The home is positioned ideally for guests with 3 separate living spaces and an open kitchen to the main gathering space that opens to the deck and grill. The walk to St. Joseph is less than a mile and we completed this enjoyable walk daily. Farmer market operates every Saturday during the summer with concerts on Sunday evenings all in walking distance of home. The private beach is beautiful and hosts shared paddle boards and beach toys to add to experience. We enjoyed sunset walks to the lighthouse pier. The internet is fast and reliable for those looking to work away from home with 2-3 possible office locations in home. We would return here again.

I love this place, great location and easy to walk into town. You have a beautiful view of the bay for sunsets and storms. The interior is really unique.

This was a special one. Misty Pines was my childhood home and my parents’ first home in the late 1970s and 1980s. Mom is now deceased, but my sister and I surprised our dad with a weekend stay here. What an awesome weekend of reminiscing and memories. Aside from the emotional attachment we have to the property, this is one of those Airbnbs that undersells itself in the listing. It is so much better in person than is conveyed in photos. It also has literally everything you need! It’s filled with thoughtful items and nice touches. Ethan was also very helpful and responsive to inquiries after some unforeseen circumstances.

Kawal is an amazing host! The house is absolutely beautiful and aptly named. My family had a wonderful time and Kawal did everything he could and more to make our stay incredible. I’ve already told him, but I will say it again….thank you Kawal for making our time magnificent!

We had an amazing time at this property, the amenities were perfect, we especially enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, screened in porch, and how easy it was to walk into town. There were 4 couples and this house was everything we needed. This property was worth every penny, we’ll stay again when we visit Saugatuck!

Place was perfect for our weekend getaway. it was clean and had everything we needed. Great location too!

Great place for big families, host was very responsive and condo is in a great location. Our only comment is that the condo can potentially hold 14 but there are only 2 bathrooms and one is in the master bedroom so a little hard for everyone to access at all times, other than that a great place and kitchen is fully equipped.

Great stay, the property is awesome! However, if you are looking for a stay where the host communicates quickly, this is not the one for you. They will respond, but all communication we had was off the Airbnb platform.

10/10 recommend this place for your next trip! The air bnb was clean and fully stocked with everything you could ever need for a fun pool vacation! We didn’t bring children on this trip, but you easily could! I noticed the house has a highchair, baby gates, toys, pool floats, and dishes for children and babies. So cool to see such an accommodating place! The pool and hot tub are incredibly beautiful and easy to use. Also loved how many sleeping spaces there are and how much room there is in and around the house for spending time with the people you love. This air bnb is also a 5 min drive to so many yummy local restaurants in downtown Saugatuck. My only regret is not staying longer!

Clean, cute, great location. Just a quick ladies weekend and this place was absolutely perfect. We are hoping to come back in the warmer weather to explore more! Our only hiccup was the battery on the fire alarms started chirping. I messaged the host and he responded quickly and had the issue fixed super efficiently. We were very happy with how it was handled and would absolutely stay at this host’s property again!

Mermaid Cove was exactly as advertised. We brought our bikes, and it was a quick ride downtown Saugatuck. The sunsets were gorgeous, and the kitchen had all the amenities needed for a homemade dinner. We’ll definitely be back in the summer when the pool is open!

We LOVED this place! We stayed in the house with 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 11 months-6 years old). Grandma and Grandpa stayed at the hotel located on property too and they came to the house for meals and hanging out and we had plenty of space. House was clean, bathrooms were stocked, and beds were comfy. The laundry was a great thing to have on a family trip with lots of kids! The staff and host were very helpful and friendly. John responded to messages quickly and if we needed anything we stopped at the front desk and they helped right away. The pools, beach, park, and fire pit were loved by everyone and used daily by our group. The lake access on the property is not easily accessible for young children but South Beach is just a short drive away if you want lake access for swimming. The sunset view is amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch every night while the kids played in the grassy area. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation spot!
