Milatos Beach - Renovated cozy house

Our house is located in Milatos;a largely unspoilt, traditional village in Crete's Lasithi region and it’s divided into the inland and the beach. Milatos inland is a picturesque place surrounded by olive groves, where you can stroll through its narrow streets,spot traditional homes and visit the cave just outside the village. Milatos beach is a by-the-sea development where you can visit the fishing harbor and its sandy and calm beach, nearby taverns and several pebble beaches and secluded coves.

Milatos seaview villa

Calm and relaxing villa by the sea, with very large verandas in a 4,000 sqm Olive Garden, with breathtaking seaview and sunset and all amenities. Ideal for your holiday with a group of friends or your family, friendly and safe, great for kids. You can enjoy the beach, only at 300m walking distance, prepare your delicious local meals in the garden's private BBQ. The house is new, clean, full of light, you can easily park your car in your private space and enjoy the beautifully decorated interior.

Villa Yiayia: Relaxing by the sea (Heated pool)

The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, in the picturesque village of Sissi. With sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. An ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday with family or friends. The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with sun beds and a 35 m² swimming pool. Our villa features a heated pool (Optional). In April, May and October, the heating is complimentary. Outside of these months, a small fee of €10 per day applies.

It's set on the hill, providing a breathtaking view of the Cretan Sea. The studio was built on love, is literally surrounded by trees and flowers. Heraklion is 14 km away and there is a bus stop 200m away. The international airport is only 7 km away. In a little village, which is only a half hour away from the airport of Heraklion and it <<smells>> sea and thyme, we created an environmentally friendly apartment with flavor of an island and Greek color.
