Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

This newly remodeled guest house is located in the coveted Montecito Oaks neighborhood. This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size pull out couch. A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and private enclosed front yard with a fire bowl. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .

Located in the upper theater district, we are just three blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara, where you can find restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Located two short miles from the beach, this suite will make a great home base during your visit. We also have other suites available with different accommodations if needed!

Oakview Place

Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.
