This house was perfect for the four in our party, each having their own bedroom. The location was quiet and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of seating outside to enjoy evenings by the pool.

Snorkelling paradise! Nikos and the Stone House were both great. The house is small, but has everything you need, with the pool and BBQ area where we spent most of our time, and the steps down to the sea lead to a perfect spot for snorkelling, where we saw all sorts of types of sea life. Nikos was there with everything we needed, including recommendations of beaches / restaurants etc. Ierepetra is a much nicer town than people say and the Stone House is a 5 minute drive into town. You could walk, but we didn't. Would highly recommend!

Maison impeccable comme dans l annonce , proche commerces , restaurants , plages, route principale. La canée , Gorges de samaria 5h de voiture allée. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour .merci

As a couple staying here, we can recommend for a quiet and relaxing stay. Everything is as advertised: simple but clean. The terrace offers privacy and is surrounded by olive trees. Restaurants are on walking distance, as is the beach (20 min) if you can cope with the steep hill. As almost everywhere in Crete, a car comes in handy for any other trips.

Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

Super Lage, innenraum wie auf den Bilder, sehr sauber, schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation der Hostin, würden wieder gehen, grosse Empfehlung!

Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub, wir konnten uns in dem schönen Haus super erholen die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigten war immer jemand zu erreichen. Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.☺️

Wirklich super! Ein Quartier, das sechs Sterne verdient. Tolle Aussicht, sehr ruhig, bestens ausgestattet. Auch klasse Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Das Beste aber sind Massimo und Despina. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thanks to a warm housing and a permanent availabilty from Eleny. The location is authentic, in the heart of a real village. Eleny gave us also many tips to maximize our East Cretan experience. A perfect host.

A really nice and calm place with the beach in walking distance. Manos is a really friendly and relaxed person, who welcomed us warmly. Even when we locked ourselves out of the house, he was right there. Restaurants, a local supermarket with homemade honey and very good olive oil is just 5 minutes from the apartment. Would absolutely recommend! Thank you so much, we had a really great time!

I loved the apartment and Mochlos so much. Mikalis made our stay fantasic and cozy. He was proactive, warm and flexible (the first day it was very cloudy so the solar system heating the water was not at its top; I wrote a message to Mikalis and he provided guidance in the next five minutes). Even if we did not meet in person, it feels as if we did! Simply put, I would have loved to stay longer, this is one of the places - and hosts - that will stay in mh heart for a long time. Great address, and thank you again for the welcome cookies, they were great!

We had an amazing stay in Agios Ioannis. The house is beautiful, clean, calm, with beautiful views and a great garden. Perfect location to escape tourism and enjoy the mountains. We highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Wunderschönes kleines und abgelegenes Ferienhaus in den Bergen mit Blick auf Berge, Dörfer, Täler und Meer. Sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Tolle Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und Schattenplätzen. Wenn es draussen kalt wird, kann mit einem Holzofen geheizt werden. Zufahrt über Serpentinen-Wege ortsüblich und eher für geübte FahrerInnen. Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unten im Ort gibt es eine urige Taverne mit netter Bedienung und gutem typischen Essen. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

We had a lovely stay at Mapia's home, everything was what we were expecting with the added bonus of meeting Mapia's parents and other members of extended family. They were all available if we had any problems (we didn't) but not intruding at all. George another family member, introduced himself and we could go to him if we had any questions. A lovely relaxing holiday, thank you Mapia 😊

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos 3 enfants. La maison est très agréable et très bien située dans le centre a côté des tavernes et de la plage. Tout se fait a pied et la ville est semi piétonne, très simple avec des enfants. Le roof top et le salon sont tops ! Martha m'a également arrangé en me trouvant un lit parapluie quand je lui ai demandé si c'était possible avant de réserver. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

The house has such stunning interiors, it is laid out like a 5 star hotel suite with all the added extras too - top quality shampoo/conditioner, body lotion and more. Kitchen was outstanding with every device require including 2 coffee machines - capsules and filter. The lounge is really big and the interiors very high quality, the TV is massive! The beds are super comfy and the linens really wonderful cotton, with beautiful throw cushions and occasional chairs. It feels like a 5 star hotel. As you enter the house on the lower level there are 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and the laundry room, one flight of stairs up is the lounge/kitchen, and outside patio, then up again to the top floor is the master bedroom with dressing room, storage cupboard, ensuite bathroom, and outside patio. All rooms have air-conditioning. Sitia is a lovely harbor town with many restaurants and a great beach, lots of others a short drive away. Totally recommend this place - we hit the jackpot.

Wer eine sehr ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Meeres sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. In Sitia findet man viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Ein Lidl ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt. Danke für alles. Diese tolle Unterkunft lässt einen wie zuhause fühlen. Angefangen bei der einmaligen Aussicht und der Ruhe, die zur Entspannung einlädt, fühlt man sich auch im großen Haus mit der guten Ausstattung sehr wohl. Der geteilte Pool mit ebenfalls grandioser Aussicht, lädt zum stundenlangen Verweilen ein. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und auch, wenn man nur Off-road zur Unterkunft gelangt, lohnt es sich hier zu buchen. Armin ist nicht nur sehr freundlich sondern auch stets erreichbar und mit hilfreichen Tips zur Stelle. Wir kommen wieder!

The apartments are new, clean and tidy. There is all necessary furniture and appliances in the kitchen. The highlight of the apartments is their own access to the sea, where you can swim, sunbathe or drink your morning coffee. The view of the sea and mountains from there is incredible! Thanks to the host Dimitros for the hospitality and kind gifts, everything was great! The only thing that can be noted - if you are a big man with a height of more than 180 cm, then it may not be comfortable in the bathroom, as it is small and has a low ceiling. In general, the whole room is not big, so those for whom it matters, pay attention to this.

Staying at this place was wonderful - the beach and the warm and clean sea was just meters away. The village Sidonia - is a very small village with he nice and warm atmosphere. It has all you need to be there - few nice tavernas, a local shop with the long opening hours and wide assortment of things - food, drinks and also some household amenities. We felt very nice there and I will be very happy to come back in the near future. Especially nice and well thought off - all windows and doors have mosquito nets. This is really great and was my small worry when travelling! The house amenities are well to the needs - even an espresso machine with the capsules were there. And the local welcome drink :). Claudia has been a very nice and friendly host to us, willing to help with anything we asked for - advices, recommendations and arrangements. We had a great time in Sidonia!
