Ferienunterkünfte in Mochlos

Very private, no noise from neighbors. We hardly heard any noise from the traffic as the apartment is not directly on the road. We stayed for a week and spent much time on the incredible balcony: you can always find a space in the shade there. We loved the Galini beach nearby. only downside is that you have to walk for 200 meters along the road, as there is no footpath. There is a private beach closer by, but not everyone will be willing to climb down. It's doable for most people, but it is no walk in the park. If you like solitude, or if the Galini beach is too crowded, then certainly try to go the private beach. The WiFi in the apartment and on the balcony is good enough to stream video to one laptop. We had a tremendous time and certainly will come back some time in the future

ואוווו איזה מארח ,נחמד ואדיב ,, איחרנו קצת היה מאוד סבלני עד שהגענו ,ליווה אותנו לדירה ,קבלת פנים מאוד נעימה ,הגינה הרבה יותר גדולה מהמתואר ,התגעגענו לכלבה שם כל היום טיילה בגינה ,הבית מגודר לחלוטין ,הג׳קוזי גדולה ונקייה מאוד ,יש הכל בבית נהנינו מאוד מהדירה היינו שם 4 לילות והיה לנו קשה לעזוב הגיע גם לצ׳ק אווט ,מגניב !!יכולנו להודות לו מקרוב , נחזור שוב אם נהייה באיזור ,,מומלץ בחום ,אז אם תראו את הדירה פנוייה אל תהססו להזמין מקום האירוח המדהים ,שקט ,נעים ,קרוב להכל 10 דקות ברגל ,2 דקות באוטו ואתם בחוף Stalis ובמסעדות והברים ,סופר מארקטים ,בקיצור לא חסר כלום שם !

Ett fint och centralt boende! Värden har varit mycket tillmötesgående. Jag rekommenderar att besöka stranden Sarantari som ligger inom gångavstånd.

Great location situated between the lively Chersonissos and the more quiet Koutouloufari. Best place to relax with your privat pool, and the best host Izabela.

notre séjour dans l'appartement s'est très bien déroulé : la vue est superbe, les jumelles à disposition ont été utilisées (super bonne idée) ainsi que la radio pure qui nous a permis d'écouter différentes ondes, mon mari a adoré. Les lieux étaient très propres et l'appartement très bien équipé. Nous avons pu déjeuner et diner sur la terrasse face à la mer. L'appartement est joliment décoré, les restaurants et le port sont à 2 mn à pied. Il faut prévoir de monter quelques marches pour accéder à la location et donc sans doute difficile pour les personnes à mobimité réduite, ce qui n'était pas notre cas. Le quartier est très tranquille et la location dispose de fenêtres bien isolées. Helle répond très rapidement aux demandes. la cuisine est équipée pour pouvoir cuisiner et nous avions également un lave linge ce qui est appréciable.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, modern en ruim, maar toch heel gezellig en romantisch. Prettig bed van 160x200cm. Stevig matras. Wij zijn lange mensen van 1.80m en 1.96m en sliepen goed. Het is heel stil in de omgeving en de slaapkamer. De buitenruimtes zijn prettig, er is altijd een plek te vinden in de zon, of juist in de schaduw, of uit de wind. Het was twee dagen koud, 12 graden, toen hebben wij de open haard gebruikt, ook comfortabel. De douche en warm water is goed. Wasmachine goed. De keuken is erg compleet, er is meer servies en benodigdheden dan ik thuis heb. Je zou uitgebreid kunnen koken en zelfs een taart kunnen bakken. Het is een heel rustige omgeving. In Sitia zijn meerdere erg goede restaurants. Er zijn weinig bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, maar wij houden van natuur, wandelen en rust. Andere leuke dorpen zijn minimaal 1,5-2,5 uur rijden vanwege de berg wegen. Zowel de eigenaar als verhuurder waren vriendelijk en reageerden snel op vragen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Crète ! L’appartement était impeccable, propre et conforme à la description. La piscine était exactement comme sur les photos, très agréable et bien entretenue. Dimitrios est un hôte exceptionnel : disponible, réactif et très sympathique. Merci encore pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Je recommande !

We had a super time with Stefani and Antonis. The villa is super, the pool was warm, the area quiet, and the view down to Herssonios and out right to the mountains was lovely. We chose it because it was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The village is lovely and a short 5-10min walk from the villa. We were at the very end of the season, so many of the restaurants in the village closed, but we always found somewhere to eat. Herssonios is a longer walk away (maybe 30 mins) and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants galore, even after the season ended. We found the walk downhill to the town, and back uphill to the village fine, even with 2 kids. Herssonios itself didn’t hold much charm for us, but we found a taxi to Agios Nikolas (delightful), Heraklion’s museum (more engaging for us than the Athens archeological museum), and Rethimno (lovely old town, laneway cafes, long stretch of beach) filled enough of our days. And with a heated pool to return to, no complaints.
