El departamento en Bolonia fue una excelente base para conocer la ciudad. Cómodo, limpio y ubicado en una zona tranquila pero con buenos accesos. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estadía. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

Easily one of the nicest/ well equipped airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The location was really great, and also felt very secure. It had every accommodation we could think of and need. The little non essential details that were thoughtfully placed by the host are what really stood out and impressed us.. there were so many unexpected and pleasant amenities everywhere such as snacks, toiletries, baby things, etc. Each room temperature was controlled by its own remote, which is great when you have guests who like to sleep at different temperatures. The beds were large and comfortable. And not to mention, it was impeccably clean, smelled great, and was beautifully decorated. We made many stops while in Italy, and stayed in several airbnbs, and this one was at the top of our list, without competition. DEFINITELY recommend.

Het appartement van Matteo had een fijne locatie aan een rustige straat. Het appartement zelf was ontzettend schoon, groter dan verwacht, en alles geadverteerd was aanwezig (inclusief strijkijzer, shampoo, douchegel, ect). Fijne communicatie met Matteo, en duidelijke instructies over het binnenkomen van het appartement. Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad!

Friendly host that responds quickly. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy access to train station (be aware that the last train back departs at 22:16 for anyone looking to go out in Bologna). Place is clean, nice and quiet. Parking near the accommodation is easily possible.

Perfect location, charming street. Appreciated map on condo wall and print out of suggested restaurants. Enrico quickly responded to a shower drainage issue. Exiting the train station was confusing but we found our way. A 15 min walk to condo. Modena food tour was fun for us. Visiting the museums and classic pieces in the churches were a highlight for us.

Perfect location right next to the market, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out a bit. Appreciated a little firmer mattress and the washing machine is a life saver. Could use a few more kitchen tools (if you actually plan on food prep). The Nespresso machine was a welcome addition! It’s located in a beautiful building and was quiet during the week. Friday was a bit louder but it’s worth it to stay at such a great place.

Simona is a kind, helpful and responsive host. She gave us lots of good recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Modena. She met us at the apartment and gifted us with some nice treats and traditional Easter cake. Simona also allowed us to check in early and check out late. The apartment is exactly as described and even better than the photos. Simona’s kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and if you are into cooking as we are, it’s perfect. There is a fantastic market in town with lots of lovely fresh produce and two big supermarkets just outside of town. The apartment is literally minutes from great restaurants and not far from the centre of town. Simona provides a free parking space in the underground car park across the road, which is easy to use and ideal for exploring the wider area. If you are coming to Modena I whole heartedly recommend you stay at Simona’s apartment.

Luca's apartment was really beautiful, just like the pictures, the two bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for us as a family, the living room was perfect for morning coffee and we generally had a great time! Excellent location, very close to everything you need and the city center! Luca was really kind and the communication was really good! He was also really lenient with the check in and check out time! Thank you for everything!

We stayed at this apartment for 3 days in Bologna and the location is perfect! It is in a very walkable part of town which was ideal for us. The Airbnb is exactly as described in the photos and we found it clean upon arrival. We used the washer to do laundry which was such an added perk. My husband is 6’5 so we found the bed slightly small for the both of us but luckily the couch was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets.

Ottimo appartamento con un po’ di posti letto in una palazzina tranquilla , zona perfetta a soli 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro, tranquilla anche di sera. Approvato!

Great location for a first visit to Bologna. Very close to many things you will want to do and the neighborhood was still quiet. The place is small, but fine if you don't intend to spend much time inside. It still had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were not and they were the only complaint I really have. Check-in/out was very easy and the host Valentina was quick to respond.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment for 4 nights! Nicola was very friendly and made the check in and out process easy. He gave us an overview of the place when we got there and also provided great local recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the open, bright layout and balcony. The location was convenient for walking around the city and getting to bars, restaurants, and attractions. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped to do so.

Fantastiskt läge på lägenheten och allt fanns som man behövde! Rekommenderar varmt!

Muy buena estancia en Bologna, muy recomendable para familias y para larga estancia en la ciudad. Zona tranquila, bien comunicada. El apartamento fue excelente elección. El equipo que nos recibió fue muy atento y nos dio muchas indicaciones. Muy anfitriones! Gracias!

The apartament fits the need of a short trip, if you live in Italy, as they do not offer bed and bath sheets. overal, It's a good solution for a couple, with a small kitchen and inside bathroom. The place is well located and there is also a swimminpool for the summer. Very practical to travel around the Sestola area, also close to Acquaria, where the best restaurants are located.

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Borgo delizioso, all’insegna del relax con piscina e giardino. Casina ben curata e ristrutturata con gusto, offre tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Spazi adatti anche per bambini. Cucina ben organizzata con tutto l’occorrente, bagno nuovo. Host gentilissimo ci ha accolti calorosamente e fornito molte informazioni sui dintorni.

Sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta di tutto, sia dell'alloggio che della accoglienza e cordialità di Milena e di sua sorella Claudia. Ci hanno fatto trovare bibite fresche al nostro arrivo e si sono dimostrate veramente molto disponibili ad una nostra richiesta personale. L'alloggio è molto carino e pulito, ha pareti colorate che mettono di buon umore. Abbiamo trascorso un weekkend fantastico!!!!!! Tutto veramente al top Grazie mille!!!!

Posto incantevole e perfetto per una giornata nel verde. Andrea è stato gentilissimo nel venirci incontro col check in non in orario. L’appartamento è come è descritto, pulito e silenzioso. Assolutamente da consigliare.
