Such a cozy and welcoming place! It had everything we needed and more. Elaine was so welcoming and thoughtful. She left snacks for us in the fridge and even included dairy free yogurt for my lactose intolerant daughter. We would love to come back!

My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

This rental is in a convenient location, close to Watertown's downtown and shopping. The residential street is busy as it is used to bypass a long traffic light. The place was recently remodeled and very clean and up-to-date. Vince even provided milk, eggs, pancake mix, bread, coffee and condiments. There is off-street parking. Overall, we enjoyed staying there.

We had a wonderful stay at Dean’s condo. Nice neighborhood. The place was very clean and neat. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Hope to stay again when visiting in the area.

Erin’s beautiful home boasts natural morning light and a well-equipped kitchen. The gnome outside adds a touch of charm, while Art Omi nearby offers exploration. I highly recommend a quick weekend getaway at Erin’s.

This place is very comfortable! The kids have plenty of space to run around and even during a storm, the living space is family friendly. There were plenty of board games to choose from and the bed rooms were very spacious for down time. I also really enjoyed that they had some extra food options (including gluten-free options) available in the kitchen, which was really thoughtful! We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back!

My friends and I loved Jenny’s home. Every corner there was something else to look at. It was spotless and we felt right at home. What a beautiful weekend in Kinderhook, felt like an escape. Cute town too!

We fell in love with this place! If you’re thinking about staying here- do it! You won’t regret it. This is the cutest little studio, right on a gorgeous lake. It feels so homey and had everything we needed for a cozy little weekend. Also, Lynne & John are the kindest, MOST gracious hosts. They made us breakfast one morning, left us banana bread & cookies & other snacks in our room, and they were just generally the sweetest people ever! They gave us tons of recommendations for fun things to do around town, too. The dock was so beautiful to sit and look at the lake in the mornings. We can’t say enough good things about this place & the hosts, and we really hope to come back again someday soon!💗

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Roberta’s place. This was our first visit to Saratoga Springs, and we wanted a quiet place that was convenient to downtown and that would allow us to fully experience the community. We felt at home from the moment we walked into the place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the apartment was very comfortable. The unit was exactly as described and came with coffee for the coffee maker and even a package of scones for us to enjoy. It was a short walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown, and we felt safe walking at all times. Overall, we highly recommend Roberta’s place. We will definitely stay again the next time that our travels take us to Saratoga Springs.

Diane’s place was beautiful with a unique charm. She had lots of antiques and old photographs that were fun to look at. The kitchen and bathroom were newly refinished and very nice. The only downfall for us was the size of the bed. It is on the smaller side which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than the bed I highly recommend Dianne’s apartment!

We felt very comfortable at Arnaud's place. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything I needed in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living room was magically there, not to mention the fresh eggs. Both Arnaud and Dave were very responsive to all of my questions and friendly. We loved the hot tub as much as our puppy loved the beautiful and fully fenced in yard. My 7yo daughter loved scootering down street to an ice cream place, as well as to a park with a playground. I wished I had my bike on me since Finger Lakes Trail was just a short walk away. It was a great stay.

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

We had a good stay for one night on the way to a sky resort. The location was good for us. The house is spacious. The communication was good.

Absolutely LOVED this stay! The hosts were so friendly! Even provided a lovely homemade breakfast, and tooth brushes and toothpaste when I had forgot mine. Host even found some clothing I left and reached out to me to have me come back and get it. They were very welcoming and very flexible. Would love to stay again in the summer when the pool is open but the hot tub was still a dream in the winter weather! 10/10 recommend!

Susan is a wonderful host and a very lovely person! We had a very nice time staying at Susan's place! It was very warmly feeling to get a delicious breakfast made by Susan, and we especially loved the apple cobbler made by Susan. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality :). We had a wonderful experience staying here! Tina was incredibly welcoming and even provided us with a complimentary breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. We also really appreciated the great selection of books and board games—it made the stay feel even more like home. Everything was exactly as described, and the stay was quiet and relaxing. This spot was perfect. As soon as we walked in my mouth dropped. It was perfect! The floors, the decor, the claw foot tub, the COMFY bed and COMFY pillows. So happy that we decided to stay here. We will definitely be back! We came to Saratoga Springs for a concert at SPAC. We were 15 minutes away. Just a mere 10-15 minutes to so many great restaurants in town. We enjoyed this beautiful bed and breakfast to the fullest. The gardens were gorgeous around the property. The pool was great- even had plenty of lounge chairs to sun bathe in! And then Glen- amazing host. He answered questions immediately! Breakfast was delicious both morning! Definitely need to book here!

This is one of the most beautiful places we've stayed in. Charles has a designer's eye, and the general atmosphere of the bed and breakfast is luxurious. We slept so well and appreciated that pastries and yogurt were always available in the mornings for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again, especially since it's so close to Troy and Albany.

A beautiful farm on a high, open ridge a few miles north of Bainbridge. Renee has created a warm and welcoming space in the two upstairs bedrooms. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Renee's sister Maryanne, a beekeeper with all kinds of fascinating observations about the land they live on.

When we arrived, Chris was there to greet us to give us a quick tour and the keys to our room. He also gave us great tips on some new places to check out since we've last visited Oneonta. The room was comfortable and the common area is very warm and welcoming, all as expected. I highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast that is offered, they do a wonderful job! My wife and I chose the stuffed french toast and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We plan on staying here for future reunions.

Highlanders View is the full bed and breakfast experience! Leam was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The views are second to none, and the surrounding forest puts you right in the middle of the Catskills. The Tavern Room was perfect, with a clean, full bathroom, comfortable bed, living room area, and a large porch to take it all in. I would highly recommend and would love to come back!
