Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

90-Acre Catskills Retreat Pool/Pond/Sportscourt

Sunset Pond, a 90-acre mountainside retreat located in Gilboa, NY, combines relaxation, nature and adventure in the Catskills region. Kayak or fish in the 1-acre stocked pond. Read a book on the hammock while swaying between the apple trees. Explore the property's many wooded trails or hang back and enjoy some games on the sports-court. Take a dip in the pool or lounge on the deck while watching an unforgettable sunset. Then, gather by the fire pit and gaze up at the stars.

This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.

A restful, peaceful, tranquil, fun, spacious, Post & Beam Cedar Log Home experience awaits you, family and friends. We now have new living room furniture, two bathrooms with showers and a 1/2 bath along with a 16x30 deck! Also, as of summer 2018, we have a better lakefront that's bigger, more private and has wildlife galore for you nature lovers. In 2019, we installed a 18x36 pool ready to go WEATHER PERMITTING by Memorial Day weekend!!!!
