Our house is located 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of quiet in the heart of Monferrato.

The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

La casa è situata al centro del paese, in una via privata ed oltre ad avere diverse zone verdi ed un cortile molto grande nel quale potrete inoltre parcheggiare la vostra auto; gode di una vista mozzafiato visibile dalla maggior parte delle finestre. Potrete godere della vista dal nostro terrazzo panoramico dove potrete sedervi ed apprezzare in tutta tranquillità le nostre colline.

In nostri due minialloggi si trovano all'interno di una piccola corte situata nel cuore del centro storico di Novello, ai piedi del bellissimo castello e a pochi metri da tutti i servizi. Includono tutti i comfort sia per un soggiorno breve, sia per chi volesse concedersi più giorni di relax. This 130 sq. m. accommodation is ideal for being able to spend a few relaxing days surrounded by nature. Located in the historic center of La Morra, it enjoys a wonderful view of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The accommodation consists of a bathroom, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a large PANORAMIC terrace. During your stay we hope to make you feel at home and will be available to give information with respect to the best places to visit and the best wines to taste.

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.
