Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit Zugang zum Garten in einem denkmlageschütztem Haus (um 1900) . Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, letztendlich ist alles neu. Es sind zwei Zimmer vorhanden, in dem einen befindet sich ein Bett (140 cm x 200cm) mit Schrank. In dem anderem ist die Küche und der Wohnbereich. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem Fernseher und Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles was zum Kochen benötigt wird (Töpfe, Teller, Geschirr, Toaster, Kaffemaschine.. usw.)
