Piccola Casa ( CIR00503700001) ist ein kleines antikes Dorfhäuschen im alten Kern von Cessole. Das Häuschen wurde 2018 vollständig restauriert und in ein kleines Designschmuckstück verwandelt. Das Haus besticht durch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und verbindet Wohlbehagen mit Design und moderner Technik. Fußbodenheizung und Kamin sorgen für Behaglichkeit. Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.
