Situada no centro da aldeia de Sabuzedo esta é uma casa antiga, agora recuperada. É uma casa com dois andares que conta no seu último piso (sótão) com dois quartos, um com cama de casal e o outro com duas camas individuais. No seu primeiro piso tem um terceiro quarto também com cama de casal, uma casa de banho com banheira, uma cozinha, uma sala de estar com recuperador de calor e uma varanda coberta. No piso térreo tem uma garagem com capacidade para três carros.
