A 8 minuti c'è la superstrada dalla quale potrai raggiungere facilmente Firenze, Perugia,Gubbio, Spoleto, Norcia e tanti altri Nel Paese sono presenti,bar, Ristoranti Alimentari,Farmacia Bancomat,un piccolo parco giochi,a 3 km una bellissima piscina per le giornate più calde.

Luminoso bilocale al primo piano nato dalla restaurazione di un'antica abitazione che abbina modernità e antichità creando uno spazio rilassante e romantico Circondato da monumenti e monasteri potrai sentire l'illusione di fare un viaggio nel passato e allo stesso tempo rimanere collegato al presente e alla vita mondana e vivace dell'università e dei ristoranti/ locali A 10 min camminando dalla piazza centrale. Vicino a parcheggi gratuiti e alla fermata bus proveniente dalla stazione dei treni.

Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

The house of Crafts and Arts, recently renovated and modernized with all the comfort that a well arranged flat could offer. The double bed is comfortable and spacious, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the New Saint Mary’s church and on the city in general. In the bathroom you’ll find a shower designed to give you a pleasant regenerating break.

Il nostro monolocale è situato nel centro di Perugia, nel quartiere borgobello, uno dei borghi più belli e vivi della città; sebbene all'interno di un palazzo storico è dotato di ascensore. Dal nostro alloggio in 10 minuti puoi arrivare a piedi al centro dell'acropoli e visitare le bellezze architettoniche e artistiche che la nostra città può offrirti.

Deliziosa casetta bifamiliare immersa nella pace delle verdi colline umbre, a soli 15 minuti dal centro di Perugia, e a pochissima distanza dalle più belle località umbre. Relax, intimità, oltre ad essere vicina a tutte le comodità. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini)
