Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

The apartment was amazing! So central to everything and loved that we could open the windows and see out to the cobblestone streets below. Being an old building from the 1600’s, the character and charm was just beautiful. There was heaps of space and the 4 of us fit in easily. The apartment was very clean and as described. The instructions on how to get in were clear and easy to follow. The host, Monia, was responsive, but we didn’t have any issues so there wasn’t much contact. There are heaps of restaurants and cafes literally at the door step and the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica is a short 5-10 minute walk. Public transport is easy but we walked everywhere and it was so central. We had an amazing stay in Rome and the apartment added to our positive experience. I would recommend this apartment. Regards

Die hübsche kleine Wohnung von Giulia bietet alles, was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es ist ein sehr ruhiger Wohnkomplex. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass das Quartier San Paolo ein ganz „normaler“ römischer Stadtteil ist. Es hat sehr gut getan nach einem Tag in dem touristischen Trubel von Rom in ein total entspanntes Umfeld zu kommen. Sehr empfehlen können wir die Enoteca „Quattro Quiaccere“ mit toller Weinauswahl und leckeren Taglieren mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Giulia hat auch einige Tipos für ihr Viertel. Das Zentrum von Rom und auch Trastevere sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Giulia war eine hilfsbereite freundliche Gastgeberin, die immer sofort geantwortet hat. Wenn wieder Rom, dann sehr gerne dort.

logement conforme aux photos présentées, voire plus grand en réalité que sur les photos ; très propres et confortable, le logement est très silencieux et très reposant ; les échanges avec Asia ont été très clair, avec une attention apportée très rassurante, malgré la barrière de la langues entre nous. Absolutely brilliant! Alessandro is a great host! He was very supportive and responsive with everything I asked for. His apartment was crystal clean and easy to access. He even left some refreshments for us.

Great location, good neighborhood. The place was very clean and organized. Probably the best thing for me: A LIDL (grocery store) right next door, which made for a very convenient stay. Thanks Madelyn!

abbiamo sempre comunicato con Virginia, che è stata sempre puntuale e precisa a rispondere alle nostre richieste. appartamento piccolino, (ma era specificato chiaramente nell'offerta), molto pulito e con una fornitura abbondante di prodotti per la prima colazione. ambiente molto pulito e confortevole. consigliato anche per la zona, fuori dal centro storico, ma raggiungibile facilmente grazie alla presenza della metropolitana a 5 minuti a piedi. la zona offriva anche una buona scelta di locali e ristoranti, con prezzi inferiori rispetto alle zone più turistiche della città. insomma, consiglio a chiunque voglia farsi qualche giorno di vacanza a Roma di considerare l'appartamento di Fabio e Virginia, Host super consigliati.

didn't want to leave! everything was wonderful we used a series of Airbnbs around Italy and this was by far the favourite. communication was brilliant and flexible. the place was gorgeous. the host even left us some little treats. the area couldn't have been better. quiet yet within walking distance of some great areas and open spaces including Vatican City and Travestere. love to go back one day. couldn't recommend more.

L'appartement est à environ 15 min du Vatican, proche de bons restaurants, pâtisseries, glaciers, supérettes et du Mercato Trionfale (plein de bonnes choses à y prendre 😋). Côté transports, il y a à proximité plusieurs lignes de bus desservant différents coins de la ville. L'appartement est calme, propre et bien équipé. Note hôte Serena a été accueillante, réactive et arrangeante. Merci à Alex de nous avoir accueillis. En bref, une belle expérience et nous recommandons vivement !

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, and has everything you will need for a few days in Rome. Suggestions: add a fly screen so that we can open windows in the morning and air the place. Add a couple of blankets- the comforter was a bit too warm and the very thin blanket was not warm enough for this time of the year. Small additional suggestion - Add a small makeup mirror with led lights. The light in the apartment is very dim, and impossible to apply any makeup or see anything in fine detail. The location: absolutely perfect, a few steps away from two different metro stops on the A line, which takes you to most of the main tourist sites in Rome. Lots of eating places, coffee shops, small grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, and is fairly quiet. You can hear/feel the metro rumble by in the distance, but it didn’t disturb me at night. Cecilia and Walter are wonderful. A+ hosts, very communicative and considerate.

Giuliana mi ha "coccolata" con piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza (kit per lavare le stoviglie, ciabattine, spazzolino/dentifricio, docciashampoo, e più opzioni da stuzzicare dolci, salate e tisane/caffè. Mi sono sentita meno sola e come a casa! Grazie Giuliana, tornerò sicuramente. Unica pecca....poca acqua dai rubinetti, ma forse stavano lavorando sulla linea? Super consigliato!

We had a great stay at Caludia’s apartment. It’s right in the heart of the city center , just 5-10 min walk from the main attractions. The apartment felt cozy and romantic, perfect for a couple. It was spotless clean . Caludia is a great host . She was very responsive and answered all my questions. She even helped me retrieve something i had forgot in the apartment after the check out . I will return for shure when in Rome .

El departamento es cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario y está muy bien ubicado. Tiene excelente conexión a pie con el centro histórico y una zona importante de restaurantes.

Wow where do I even begin. Our trip to Rome certainly would not have been half as good if we had chosen anywhere else to stay. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly be need. The location is in a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of local delicacies and things to do. The reception of Paola and her daughter was what the real highlight of the trip. From before we had even landed in Rome, they went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after including arranging for us to be picked up from the airport in a limousine. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the both of them stocking up the apartment. The pair had stocked up the house with goodies and essentials we could need for the duration of our stay. Despite the circumstances, Paola ensured we were looked after including giving us advice on what we need to see and do whilst in Rome. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything and we cannot wait to come again!!

This apartment is located in the Centro Historico and you can walk 20 minutes or less to all the famous sights of Rome. It is located on the second floor of a locked building and feels very safe. The four large windows in the apartment look out over a small plaza that contains a cafe, a kiosk, and a few benches and you can hear people talking and laughing. The apartment is large with a good-sized living room with a sectional, TV, and dining room table, a small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with closet, and a large bathroom with a washer/dryer in it.

Absolutely perfect host, clear communication, brilliant service and convenient location. The place is clean and well maintained. Million thanks to Carlo for making our visit to Rome so comfortable.

Silvia's hospitality helped make my first visit to Rome perfect. From beginning to end, she was very kind and provided everything that I needed. Also, her space is just a stone's throw away from the Colosseum/Forum and other ancient sites. I can't recommend her B&B enough!

Francesca fue muy amable al recibirnos, habla español lo cual era facil hacernos entender. El alojamiento era como indicaba, y tenía opciones de desayuno ya adentro, maquina de café, mini bar con agua y jugo de naranja. El servicio fue fantastico! Recomendaría y volvería. Caminando desde el Coliseo o centro historico es lejos (40min) pero se hace ameno. Se puede ir en taxi o lime. Cerca de la estacion de tren Termini que es comodo si uno toma tren o va del aeropuerto en bus al centro. Recomiendo 100%

Luca&Marilla sont des hôtes charmants et prévenant. Leur logement est propre et spacieux et proche d'une station de métro qui permet d'accéder très rapidement au centre ville.

Tive uma excelente estadia neste Airbnb! A localização é perfeita, a poucos passos do Vaticano e ao lado da estação Ottaviano, o que facilitou muito nossos deslocamentos por Roma. O quarto é espaçoso, moderno e muito funcional, proporcionando bastante conforto. O café da manhã foi um ótimo diferencial, tornando nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Além disso, a Francesca foi extremamente atenciosa, fornecendo todas as informações necessárias com clareza e garantindo um check-in tranquilo. O acesso ao apartamento foi fácil e bem explicado, o que fez toda a diferença. Recomendo muito este lugar para quem busca conforto, praticidade e uma ótima hospitalidade em Roma!

Très bon séjour, Paolo était très réactif et très agréable. Le logement correspondait aux photos, il était très propre et rangé. Le petit déjeuner compris juste en bas de l’immeuble dans un très beau café était un vrai + ! Notre chambre était nettoyée et rangée tous les matins, nous avons même été surpris par la qualité de rangement ! Merci pour ce séjour Paolo !

Tout était parfait et comme espéré après avoir lu les commentaires. L’envirement est très agréable et vraiment proche de l’agitation de Trastevere, que j’adore ! La balade de 10 min que lie les deux endroits était pour moi même un point fort avec la vu et toute la nature autour! Le petit déjeuner avec Les œufs magnifiques de Laura avec la musique classique au fond était parfait. J’ai vu un piano, malheureusement j’ai pas vu personne jouer :)
