Our accommodation is located in Punta, just 200 meters from the sandy beach, perfect for families with children. The Stella Maris tennis complex is 500 meters away, and a pleasant walk along the promenade and through Humagum Park will take you to the center of Umag in 15 minutes. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are nearby. Enjoy the comfort, convenience, and atmosphere of our accommodation, along with the large terrace, ideal for relaxing with a drink or dinner. Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
