Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Located in Serra de Grândola, it’s just a few minutes away from the beaches of the Alentejo coast: Aberta Nova, Carvalhal and Comporta. Lisbon Airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. The house is a traditional Alentejo house recently renovated. The land is home to typical trees of the region. It also features a threshing floor and a private swimming pool with salt water both perfectly integrated into the landscape.

A Villa The ONE está inserido numa propriedade com 10 hectares na serra de Melides e Grândola, uma zona de pura natureza com muita privacidade. Tem piscina, 2 terraços, um com 60 m2 e outro 35m2 com vista piscina. A Villa tem cozinha totalmente equipada, 3 quartos duplos no piso térreo e 2 suites no piso superior (as suites têm apenas entrada pelo exterior). Todos os quartos e suites possuem wc e existe um wc exterior. As suites podem acomodar até 4 hóspedes.
