We loved our stay at Carly’s place! 8 people ages 13-75 and we all were happy with our beds and the amount of space we had to spread out and relax. Carly was super responsive to messages and really made us feel at home. The decks, hot tub, and waterfront were awesome and the house was super well equipped - enough TP, paper towels, towels and washcloths, cookware, coffee supplies, plates/utensils/etc. Great hosts, great house, great location - highly recommended!

I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing nature getaway! It’s perfect for large groups and incredibly family-friendly. The view is breathtaking, and the home itself is even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures show. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, friendly, and helpful, making us feel right at home. The water is stunning, and the surrounding nature creates the perfect backdrop for quality time with loved ones. We had an amazing time roasting s’mores and hot dogs around the fire pit while stargazing. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the addition of a TV was a nice touch. They also thoughtfully provided neatly arranged towels, adding an extra special feel to our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the spacious balcony offered a perfect spot to enjoy the view. Next time I visit Eureka Springs, I’ll definitely be hoping to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

This is an amazing house. We all said it was even better than the pictures and everyone wanted to live there! Beds were a dream! This house has everything you’d ever need and more. It has to have one of the most beautiful views on the Island. Kristen was very responsive in communicating with us and we had the best time! Only issue was the hot tub but I don’t think that was through any fault of Kristen’s. She tried but the techs never showed up. We all know how that goes. Really, you just have to stay here!

This is a great rental for a larger group. We had 3 adults and 6 teens in town for cycling. The house was perfect for the group. With 3 levels, there was plenty of room to spread out. The deck was fantastic for hanging out outdoors. The house is a short ride to the back 40 and other trail systems. There is a bike maintenance room downstairs with access from the back yard. There was plenty of room for our bikes. We will definitely rent again!

We enjoyed a nearly three week stay at Cabin Blue! We arrived late and Suzannah’s clear instructions made it easy for us to find the place and get in, even in the dead of night. She was communicative, helpful, and proactive from start to finish, and the accommodation had everything we needed to feel right at home. It’s quiet and secluded, nestled in nature amongst the trees: exactly what we were hoping it to be.

This home is beautiful and has several private living spaces if you group needs separate spaces to chill. The views are gorgeous (and there's great bird watching!). The kitchen was fully stocked. The hosts communicated proactively. I loved the house guide that included instructions on how to use each appliance, and the check out tasks weren't arduous at all. We would definitely come back!

The Ridge house was great for our family of six and one dog. The proximity to Eureka Springs and the amenities in the home made our stay both relaxing and exciting! Ben & Jamie were proactive in their communications and made checking in and out a breeze. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Great location with easy access to area shopping and dining but still far enough away to be quite. The backyard was fenced in, so perfect place for our fur babies to roam around off-leash and relax. I would definitely stay there again.

The cabin was so pretty!! The view was amazing and we really enjoyed having the hot tub in the evenings.
