Casa Vita entstand aus der Idee, unseren Gästen das Beste für ihren Urlaub zu bieten: eine neue und komfortable Wohnung in einer modernen, grünen und ruhigen Umgebung, ideal gelegen außerhalb der ZTL (verkehrsbeschränkte Zone) des historischen Zentrums und dennoch nur wenige Minuten von all seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Wenn ihr mit dem Auto anreist, steht euch ein privater, überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung – und sobald das Auto abgestellt ist, könnt ihr es einfach vergessen. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht ihr bequem zu Fuß, mit der nahe gelegenen Straßenbahn zum Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella und zur Piazza San Marco, mit dem Bus 23 oder mit dem Fahrrad über den Radweg.
