I extend a warm welcome to my cosy and comfortable apartment. It’s located in a semi-central area of Rome that has many nearby links to the Historic Center. Traveling means meeting new people. I like to provide my guests with helpful information. On request, I can provide them with suggestions for undiscovered tours/spots in Rome. Stay in a Roman villa!Metro closeby

1st floor apartment in a 3 storey villa with a wide garden. It is quiet and airy. It has 1 bedroom w. bathroom en suite, a furnished kitchen corner and a light dining room. A/C bedroom has a double/twin bed; a single sofa bed for a 3rd person/child is in the dining room. WiFi. Bus to the center is only 100mt & subway 800mt. Lively district with a true Roman flavor full of wine bars, bistrots & restaurants where to dine "al fresco". Open air market and supermarket/groceries etc 100 mt. away .

L'alloggio è situato in una villa indipendente, silenziosa e circondata dal verde a pochi minuti dagli aeroporti di Ciampino e Fiumicino con accesso riservato agli ospiti. Il centro di Roma è ben collegato e raggiungibile in 30 minuti con i mezzi pubblici oppure in auto percorrendo la via Ardeatina. A meno di 10 minuti di auto dal nuovo centro commerciale Maximo Shopping Center nel quale sono presenti 160 negozi, 1 ipermercato, oltre 40 bar e ristoranti, Cinema multisala, palestra, Bowling.

Cozy Home Rome

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Waschmaschine, kleine Terrasse die zum Aperitif einlädt und den Blick über die umliegenden Dächer frei gibt.

A few minutes walk from the pedestrian area which brings to the Vatican, right around the corner of the A subway line Ottaviano, some stops from the Spanish Steps. Welcome to Suite 1A :-) a cozy flat, completely renewd, equipped with every comfort, in a quiet tree-lined road next to everything. In a historic building with very high ceilings, the windows overlook a well-finished garden with a nice orange and magnolia tree. The perfect place to rest.

Detached house in the heart of the Certosa / Pigneto district just a few minutes from center town by tram. The neighborhood is a small village, within the city, close to the nightlife of Pigneto. Pigneto is an emerging neighborhood (Airbnb has dedicated an entire guide) frequented by young artists. Ale's house welcomes all those who want get to know an authentic Rome, out of the usual tourist circuits.

Nice and cozy Studio apartment with all the comforts, in a strategic position to reach easily and quickly all the most attractive places of the city. Well connected with the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and Termini railway station. The railway station "Tuscolana", with the trains from/to the airport of Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci, is just ten minutes walk from the apartment.
