Soiniityn kartano, Ebban huone

Soiniityn kartanon tarina alkaa 1600-luvulta. Sen nykyinen päärakennus on rakennettu 1800-luvun lopulta. Soiniitty on maatila, joka on kuulunut Mustilan ja Pukaron kartanoihin. Soiniityssä on viisi majoitushuonetta (Anita, Ebba, Elli, Kyra ja Henrik), joissa kaikissa on oma keittiö tai minikeittiö ja kylpyhuone. Soiniitty sijaitsee vain 500 m valtatie 6:lta. Helsinkiin 110 km, lentokentälle 104 km, Kouvolaan 20 min - 30 km, Porvooseen 50 km ja Loviisaan 38 km. Mustilan Arboretumiin on vain 5 km.

By offering you a private apartment inside our house, we give you not only a place to stay, but a possibility to experience our lifestyle. The apartment combines historical atmosphere with design, art, and the best view in the village. 1700-luvun hirsirakennus

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa maalaisromanttisessa majapaikassa. Tampinkartanon Wäentupa on 1700-luvun lopun hirsirakennus Askolan Särkijärvellä, vartin ajomatka Porvoosta. Wäentupa on kunnostettu perinnerakentamista kunnioittaen ja sisustettu antiikkikalusteilla. Käytössäsi on noin 90m2 majoitustila idyllisessä kartanomiljöössä, johon sisältyy kaksi makuuhuonetta, kylpyhuone, ruokasali ja keittiö, sekä kaksi kajakkia omalla rannalla ja puugrilli ritilällä. Ei lemmikkejä.

Tunnelmallinen piharakennus jokimaisemissa

Omalla pihalla ja terassilla varustettu piharakennus sijaitsee maaseutumaisella alueella Kymijoen varressa, Siikakosken kauniissa maisemissa. Tästä viihtyisästä kohteesta on vain 5 minuutin ajomatka palveluiden äärelle. Massiiviset kelohirret ja puupinnat tuovat tunnelmaa yläkerran makuu- ja oleskelutilaan. Alakerrassa on pieni, mutta hyvin varusteltu keittiö sekä pieni kylpyhuone/wc. Autopaikka on oven edessä. Kesäaikana vierailla on pääsy majoittajan rannalle, josta on uintimahdollisuus.

Romanttinen get away tai kaverin kanssa rentoutumaan. Idyllinen "mökkisviitti" Kouvolassa rapojärven rannalla. Tupakeittiö (liesi, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro), parisänky, pyydettäessä saatavilla vauvalle matkasänky, ruokapöytä, tv chrome castilla, netti, vesivessa, suihku, pukuhuone ja puusauna.. Ulkona puugrilli varusteineen. Iso lasitettu terassi säteilijällä. Hintaan kuuluu liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, puut, sup-laudat ja soutuvene. Hanasta tulee juomakelpoinen ja lämmin vesi.

Beautiful 35m² studio in the center of Kouvola. This is the perfect place if you need a relaxing break. Enjoy a bubble bath in the pink bathroom and sleep well in a good bed. The apartment building is quiet and tidy. There is a market (Sale) next door, where it is easy to pick up breakfast items (open every day from 7am to 11pm). Free parking in the yard. The nearest electric car charging point is in the yard of the Sale market.

Small private house near the centre of Kouvola

Guests will have privacy in a separate house beside our main house. The house has a large bedroom with airconditioning, a kitchenette, a private toilet, an electric sauna and a shower room. The apartment is located in a small house with private entrance opposite to our own house. No nextdoor neighbours. One double bed (width 160 cm) or two separate beds (width 80cm) and possibility for an extra bed on a sofa bed (width 100cm).
