Ich bin super zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war top – absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist einfach 1A, alles war gut erreichbar und perfekt gelegen. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!

Проживание в Skypark Laguna прошло просто отлично! Апартаменты соответствуют описанию, очень уютные и находятся в прекрасном месте — всё рядом, удобно и комфортно. Отдельное спасибо хозяину — Павел всегда был на связи и помогал с любыми вопросами, за что ему огромное спасибо! Мы остались довольны абсолютно всем и с удовольствием порекомендуем это место нашим друзьям. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

Отличные апартаменты в новом комплексе. Невероятная чистота, отсутствие любых насекомых - за месяц ни один муравей не проник в квартиру. Хорошее расположение, окна выходят на зеленый склон с деревьями, солнце попадает только под вечер. Рекомендую!

Je connais bien la résidence. Des 3 appartements que j’y ai occupé, celui de Joey est celui qui m’a le plus plu. Je reviendrai avec plaisir et je le conseille…

Everything was as per what was described in photos..since the surrounding were still under construction..we couldn’t see lot of neighbours..gym could have been a better place along with swimming pool..stay was good, Suzu ( manager) was of grt help..providing everything that was required..kudos to her..

We had an amazing time here. Whenever we needed support, our host immediately helped us out. I can strongly recommend staying here, it will be memorable in the best way. ❤️

Our family (2 adults and one 7 year old) stayed at the Lux villa for 9 nights as our Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the space, the pool and the location of this spectacular place. Much better and bigger than the photos made out. The house is a lovely oasis of calm and quiet. It is super convenient to Bang Tao beach with a slightly longer drive to Banana Beach and Nai Yang beach - which are definitely worth spending 20 minutes in the car to get to. We had a great time and will be definitely be back!

Angie and Tim’s villa at Botanica Modern Lofts was absolutely sublime—one of the best we've stayed in around Bang Tao. The pool is pure zen, and the lush gardens truly make you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. Inside, the villa is beautifully styled with a calming, neutral color scheme that adds to the overall sense of relaxation. It’s tucked away in a quiet, private area, yet still within walking distance to great local spots, including the fantastic coffee shop Tree O’clock.

Amazing place to stay with kids! The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family-friendly stay. The host was very responsive and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

Дом был очень уютным и чистым, с современным ремонтом и всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Расположение тоже отличное: в шаговой доступности магазины, кафе и море. Хозяева очень отзывчивые и всегда были готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Я чувствовал себя как дома и с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова. Рекомендую всем, кто ищет комфортное и приятное место для проживания!

JM a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif dès notre arrivée. Il nous a accueilli dès notre sortie du taxi et a su répondre à toutes nos questions concernant les alentours. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu avoir de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils pour les visites. Endroit paisible où il y fait bon vivre au coeur de la nature. La villa correspond entièrement à sa description et elle est très spacieuse. Je recommande JM et ses villas à toute personne qui souhaitera réserver ici.

We were a family of 4 and we're very comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days, and everything was fine. The location is great, it is in a secured area. A 7/11 is a few min of walking on the main road (outside the droparm berier). About 15 min to the beach and less than 10 min to a mall. veery nice clean place. Thank you

Great apartment in nice condominium, very clean, easy access to 7 Eleven, restaurants, small clean beach, pharmacy and so on .... great for 2 couples or a family ..... highly recommend .

Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Квартира шикарная, пешком до пляжа Камала минут 7. Все было чисто. Кухня полностью оборудована. Есть все нужные электроприборы, включая утюг и фен. Рекомендую хозяина и квартиру

Great stay and amazing host. Everything was clean and communication was great. There’s a Big C nearby, lots of restaurants and a food market, and not too far from Patong. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would come back next time we are in Phuket. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.
