Angela's place is very well decorated, warm and cozy. Her property manager Diane is living in next door and she is always there to help you. Hot tub is working perfectly and pool has baby and todler friendly design.You have all pool toys, beach tools, board games, playstation in the house and kids love our 12 days stay. I would recommend Angela's place to everyone and I already started next year's plans for a comfortable vacation 😃👍

The place was amazing, clean, and great location! The house had so much to offer for my family and we didn’t want to leave. We had one small issue and it was immediately addressed by Neil. If you are looking to go to this area, this is the only place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. House and pool area were clean. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Kayaking and biking was fun.

Amazing property in a great location. On the river, beautiful view, close to many great restaurants. Plenty of space, very private. It was perfect for our family.

Very nice and reasonably priced, great communication, easy check in , we also took advantage of the boat rental which made our stay even more fun for my family.

Cape Coral was a bit further from beaches than desirable, but the house more than made up for that to enjoy our warm/sunny stay in Florida. Pros: Outside area (pool/hot tub, large table, games for kids) with a huge sliding door to the living room/kitchen were perfect for 6 adults + 4 kids. Felt very comfortable with the cost. Andrew & Michelle were responsive with every question we had. Cons: lack/lower quantity of some common items: paper towels, toilet paperb, Kleenex, air hockey didn’t work (we replaced), pizza cutter, beach towels, etc. Would highly recommend for a large family focused on quality pool time, a very nice home and responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

The house and pool where amazing Beautifully furnished, fantastic bathroom and shower. The southern exposeure provided lots of sun during the day perfect laying around the pool I couldn’t have been happier with the house

We had a great time! The airbnb was spacious, clean and very nice. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool and drinking our coffee in the morning. The pool and spa were very relaxing also. Paul was a very responsive and accommodating host. He even purchased a pack and play for our infant to sleep in. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walks. The location was close to restaurants and the grocery store.

Beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood…was great for a large family gathering! The house was well stocked and the pool area was great area to relax. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also close to a Publix, Walmart, and Sam’s club if you want to get things to make or grill. Very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

Place was great. Dock was awesome. Short trip to the gulf after the miserable mile. Leave time on your trip to be home for the property management person to do check in and check out, it surprised us and wasn’t very convenient to stay home waiting to meet someone to check in. We had an amazing time otherwise. Perfect to launch your boat a mile away and park it there the whole week. Thanks again!!

Would highly recommend this house. Mario was a great host and the property was beautiful and easy to find. Will hopefully be staying there in the future.

Highly recommend! We stayed for a week and had a great time. Place was exactly as shown and had everything we needed. Communication with hosts was easy and responsive. Spent lots of time at the pool. We liked the location with easy access to both Clam Pass and Lowdermilk beaches. Recommend catching a sunset. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping needs. Would definitely go back!

We enjoyed the house. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was so inviting. We really appreciated all of the extras. The kitchen was stocked with spices and things like dish detergent and ziplock bags. There were beach chairs and toys. There were floats, life vests and fishing poles. We even took the bikes out for a spin. It was a lovely experience. I’d stay here again.

We loved the outdoor living aspect of the lanai, the grill and seating poolside. I started the day with coffee out on the lanai, grilled out, went for a swim, lay out the sun and end with a last nighttime dip in the pool. I hardly wanted to go inside, it was so relaxing. We would rent this home again if we were in the area.

Newer construction house located in nice neighborhood. Clean and well kept.
